Defining things like "high mileage" and "extras" is about as close as TUSCL gets to philosophical questions, which basically means they can't really be answered. To me, lots of mutual contact as well as grinding and stick shifting is "high mileage". Extras territory starts at BJs and HJs. LDK (look it up in the glossary) lies in the demilitarized zone between "extras" and "high mileage".

But these are terms that barely (or really don't) matter anywhere but in online discussions. I don't know of anyone who has ever walked up to a dancer and asked "What extras do you offer?" or "Are you high mileage?" Also, what is considered "high mileage" will vary wildly by region or by club.

Extras are intended to get you off and would bring disrepute on the club if broadly known.

To me, medium mileage is a good grind, touching everywhere except the pussy.

VHM and UHM are a synonym for extras.

It can be relative to the geographic area, e.g. any contact in DC used to be high mileage and skin on skin would be UHM. I’d say the bare minimum is two way contact for high mileage no matter where you are and VHM or UHM begins at skin and continues through bodily fluids. As always, your mileage may vary (YMMV) and it also appears the definition will vary as well.

I don't see much point in thinking about this. If a dancer walks up to me, and quickly offers an HJ or something, I'll mention it in a review. But I won't give the work name or any identifying description of the dancer who made the offer.

Mileage is often determined by the club-rules and/or local-ordinances – assuming these 2-factors are not in play; my coarse definitions are:
