3. Los Angeles-The girls may never speak of it to anyone. But if it gets them ahead in the world by taking your money they are going to do it in a second. That LA phoniness that people speak of is you sleeping with a lot of folk's girlfriends.
2. San Antonio- I don't know what it is but there's just a licentious vibe in the strip clubs. Every time I go, I come away having something good happen. ITC and OTC just seems easier here.

As far as it being easy to get laid. No place beats las vegas.
I’ve lived in both Philly and NYC in my 20s and early 30s. Single women in NYC are in a different league. First, so many hot women from literally all over the world. Secondly, a lot of NYC women acted like single guys when it came to “hooking up”, although that phrase wasn’t in use then. My point is there were good looking, single, professional, young women going out and aggressively pursuing sex. It was great!
Not sure if that’s still true today.
Much less common in Philly and was boring in comparison. Not as many hot women either.
Remember that Mr. Dugan has a special method to pay hookers for sex and it works like 40% of the time. Mr. Dugan claims to be the biggest expert in just about everything so if he can only succeed in paying a hooker for sex like 40% of the time it must be hard.

I haven’t visited or lived in many different places, but of the places I’ve been, I think Miami is the place I’ve seen the most where girls like to dress sexy/provocatively and like to flaunt their stuff – part of that I assume is the year-round hot weather where people don’t wear much year-round, but a bigger part I think is the Cubanas that like drawing attention to themselves and many like guys looking/gawking/lusting at them in public; it’s kinda part of the culture and Cubanas take pride in how they look and in being found desirable.
Having said this they are not necessarily slutty in the sense they’ll sleep w/ anyone – being that the Cuban culture is also conservative IMO/IME Cubanas on avg are harder to get into bed than American girls (Cuban girls often expect some kinda commitment/relationship to get into bed w/ you; it’s not universal of course but fairly the norm).
For permanent residents, New York City. I'm not into sugaring but I couldn't imagine a better place to do it. NYC is to money what OP says LA is to "getting ahead." It's a city of people seeking material wealth, whether you're selling loosies in East New York or trading bonds at Goldman Sachs. A lot of dumb broads go there thinking they'll live the Carrie Bradshaw life, then end up in a 5-story walkup in Bed-Stuy, but think if they suck the right dick they'll end up on Central Park West. Not to mention the anonymity of the place loosens inhibitions.

* Civilians - same deal as NYC, lots of cosmopolitan people from everywhere, and with modern values about sex. More women than men, and the women make a point of dressing up to go out in the city. Bonus: English women, who like to drink and fuck as a hobby. In the early 20-teens, being a foreigner on Tinder was an easy way to get laid.
* P4P - there are many many brothels, massage parlors, saunas, web based escort agencies, etc. Lots of hot women from all over the world. A guy with a few bucks could fuck himself to death quickly here.
Madrid
* P4P - whores whores whores everywhere. Amazing large "strip club" brothels. Fuck girls from around the Latin world.
* Civilians - I have no idea. I guess it's typical for a sexually hung up catholic country.
Seattle
* P4P - there are 3 reliable extras clubs: Pandoras, Kittens, and Playground. These girls will HJ, BJ, and FS you in the LDA or VIP. Also, there are a ton of whores available on the web, plus a couple dozen AMPs. Hundreds of barista girls. Even streetwalkers if that's you thing.
* Civilians - don't bother. There are 1,000,000 overpaid tech worker poly dudes all vying for the same pussy, and the women are notorious for not taking care of themselves: dumpy, hairy, shitty hair up in a scrunchy, annoying woke #metoo politics, walking around in stretch pants, etc. Women here are legendary for not trying. I feel bad for the guy trying to fuck in this town.

LA girls are sluts but then you have to deal with LA. Better to scoop them up when they are on vacation in Vegas or San Diego.
Overall the winner may be Denver. They have a young population and the lowest obesity rate in the nation.
San Diego girls are meh. Very attractive overall but there's LA spillover. There's some diamonds in the rough and obviously lots of Mexican girls on the south side of town, along with plenty of Asians. Sluttiness here is very very average.
