  Out of sight out of mind - the politics group should be made to where one only sees the threads by enabling that group, vs being lumped in with all the other groups by default.

  I'm still debating whether to vote for the Green Party democrats or not vote at all. Biden will get the state regardless. So I have the option of acting on my conscience.

  Talking politics isn’t only about influencing opinions, it’s about sharing information. Take the Voting advice from Joe Biden thread that I started up yesterday for example. Another member here forwarded me the article at the base of the thread via PM. It wasn’t an attempt to influence me. I guarantee we were already going to vote for the same people at the national level. But what the Gallup poll behind the article says about the state of the country and election is fascinating. I believe this place is better with open discussion than with restricted discussion.

  The election will be decided the same as any other. The only problem that can arise is if trump refuses to acknowledge the results.

  Shadowcat, because I respect you as a fellow cat I will ‘splain the the reason for the “political discourse” on this storied strip club. It is not about “convincing others” — it is about having fun by causing others to have what we ricks call “‘splody ‘splody head” You see, somebody says “Biden-ape 2020” and then there are a bunch of ape folks that rant all “you’re a frickin’ socialists” and their snowflakey heads all explode! Then the Biden-ape-fan has a laugh at their ‘splody ‘splody heads. Then a different ape says “Trump 2020” and different ape folk with snowflakey heads go all ‘splody ‘splody. More laughs ensue! Let those damn dirty apes have their laughs. Just laugh at the fact that they think their sophomoric discourse has a point! ROAR!!!
