This is a stupid example because they would still have it through their father, whose name is presumably on their birth certificates. . But I don't disagree with the broader concern. I suspect that this executive order will get hit by the Supreme Court's Constitutional buzz saw soon enough.

So by picking on all of the low hanging fruit, Mr. Trump has run out of easy to deport folks, now he needs to create more deportable folk to continue his rhetoric, and energize his cult members.
