Word of the day: Booboisie.

No, I'm sorry to say that "booboisie" is not a group of boobs in the sense of titties. "Boisoisie" was coined in the early 1900s by H. L Mencken to refer to uncultured people.

Booboisie

PRONUNCIATION: (boo-bwa-ZEE)

MEANING: noun: Ignorant or uncultured people regarded as a class.

ETYMOLOGY: Coined by H.L. Mencken, as a blend of boob (a stupid person) + bourgeoisie (the middle class), from French bourgeois, from Latin burgus (fortress, fortified town). Earliest documented use: 1922.

I would never say anything disrespectful to the fine ladies and gentlemen of TUSCL. However, "booboisie" could be an apt term for strippers.

Funny thing is I've been calling people 'boob' as a cute way of calling them dorks since I was a kid, but I never knew it was a legit insult until now.

Eve - I think just calling us boobs covers it. Pathetic Boobs sounds like those deflated old lady tits that hang below her waist.
