  Top surgeons often charge $10k or more. Trust me I have written some of those checks.
  
  On the other hand I have seen the work done by others for $3k or $5k and the $10k jobs are absolutely worth the difference.

  ^^^^Yeah, if my SO were getting this done, I would pay the extra and not cut corners. It’s more than worth it for a lifetime of fun (motor boating, nipple sucking, groping, titty-fucking).
