I learned a new word.... "Jackanapes" is an archaic term, meaning a conceited, impudent, or mischievous person, especially a young one, or sometimes a monkey. It can also refer to a cheeky or mischievous child. The word has a history rooted in 15th-century England, possibly stemming from a nickname for William de la Pole, Duke of Suffolk, and his family's crest featuring an ape's clog and chain.
Jack wagon....Slang term derived from the Freight or Chow wagons used in the late 19th century. These were often the last wagons in a wagon train, making them the least favorable to drive due to the dust, waste, and debris from the front of the train.
Jack off...
Jack off (v.) "to masturbate" is attested from 1916, probably from jack (n.) in the sense of "penis. dictionary.com/browse/jack--off - or from the verb jack in the sense of raising/hoisting. -

I don't see the hangup with street walkers. Some are gorgeous #figueroa. And in Vegas a lot of girls working clubs also work the streets.

^ I wonder if that's related to "jackwagon" or "jackoff" because all would apply in this case.
