So one place that is really popular on this website, is the Hong Kong Gentlemen’s Club. It’s located in Tijuana, and relatively close to San Diego.
It has the massive size and interior design layout of a large Vegas strip club. But “extras” doesn’t seem to be a concept at HK, since the dancers there will go have sex with the customers.

No, it is small and cramped. It is not large like a Vegas club. It's kind of partitioned like the Rhino in Vegas.

You are correct. It is a whorehouse. But it still keeps up the strip club vibe, with the music choice and stage and all. But other board members here claim that they still are pretty heavy on GFE as well. Plus (since I’m assuming you know Spanish) you would probably have an easier time communicating with them.

I have never gone along with the concept 'extras', its just the wrong way of interacting with the girl.
If she is willing to engage in sex acts, great, but it still should not be seen as an 'extra'.

Actually Hong Kong is not a whorehouse. It is very much a strip club. At first you think it is large, but in reality, you can walk around the entire place in just a few minutes. It has several different sections. But you have gives on stage, you have girls trying to get you to buy them drinks, you have private dances, you have VIP rooms. There is tipping on stage, there is tipping in the booths. Everything that a PL would want in a strip club, Hong Kong is. There is "extra" activity that goes on in the private dance booths and the VIP booths.
BUT there is also a built in opportunity for OTC activity. There is an attached hotel where you can take the girls for 30-60 minutes, whatever you negotiate. Not every girl will partake of this OTC activity, but most do.

It's a wonderful place, especially for desperate, lonely souls like myself, who don't want to risk doing anything illegal in the US and want more bang for the buck. Spent six nights there on two trips. Incredible feeling walking around knowing you can have almost any woman there for a decent price ($80-$100), though I'm sure some won't go up with certain men. as to the physical size of hong kong club... i’ve tried to pace the club and allways loose count of my steps because i get distracted... so just a rough guess of 10,000 square feet of floor space for the showroom. large... butt certainly not the biggest by a long shot.
