Does TJ have any good video game stores I can visit? Is there a movie theater in the area? Between eating and hookups, I would like something else to do besides partying at the Hong Kong and Chicago clubs.

There's a place called 'Friki Plaza' that is a short walk away from the Zona. They've got an arcade available and a ton of vendors. You can also check out 'Giga Gaming Center' which has an hourly rate of something like 50 pesos to come in and play videogames or use a gaming PC. I think it's pretty neat.
As for a movie theater, yeah, of course. Cinepolis is a great option.
There’s a small casino right on Revolución
Saw the latest Mission Impossible movie in TJ. It’s in English with Spanish subtitles. Rented bicycles in the park/zoo. Beaches of course. Great food everywhere. Try the Brazilian steak houses.
