Folks, after reading some reviews, I have couple of questions:
Is there a set limit of the Arriba time at TB/HK? I had girls telling me they can't stay for more than 30min but I read reviews for people reporting girls staying much longer than that!!
For OTC hookups, is there any bar fine or time limit if arrange with TB/HK girl off the clock at your Rizo/Cas room?
yes 30 minutes is the normal arriba time. but even without negotiation before taking her up I've had some girls stay up to about an hour with no problem. if the chemistry is there most of the time they stay until the knock on the door and not charge me extra for the extra time. . the way I describe the policies of HK and tropical and Cascada and Rizo hotels is inconsistency is consistent here in Mexico.
It is really weird to me that @RonJax2 (expert to the TJ scene) and @Jascoi (who has had more trips than all of us combined on this TJ board) agree to something I have never experienced. Maybe it is because I have long fichas sessions prior to arriba and only arriba with those who really click with me or something but I have never been quoted for 30 minutes. 45 minutes and 1 hour probably equally as much. So while I would strongly encourage you to take their advice over my experience (due to small sample size compared to them) but I did want to mention this. Now I agree, Even when I'm quoted 45 minutes, it usually is about an hour after the showers and getting ready part.
So to answer your question, yes, they can stay longer than 30 minutes. In fact a few trips ago, I had a chica stay for almost 2 hours and I didn't ask or arrange it. We had pre-bed fun, bedtime fun and Jacuzzi time to continue the party and no call from the front desk or someone knocking at the door. The next night we got a reminder call from the front desk that one hour was up so we just got ready after that and called it the night. This is what the guys mean by inconsistency is consistent.
I object @justinyoo, I am an intermediate at the Zona at best! Lol. But honestly, I often negotiate for longer arribas so my experience with a standard ST arriba is more limited than yours. In my experience with the ST arriba though, she is almost always outta there in 30 mins though... some even set an alarm. But that's probably a total of only 10 data points or so? Most of my arribas have been negotiated for longer up front. . I think your data points show the value of building a rapport with chicas. I also think your patented method at Pavlovian propinas may be playing into getting more time out of the arriba!
On my recent trip, it was about 60 mins start to finish. Let me put it this way - no one brought the time up. Even spent 5-10 mins talking/exchanging info after. I believe if you negotiate the price, they negotiate the time.

Sometimes she might stay a bit longer to shower and clean up. Sometimes she's tired and wants to take a nap. But usually 30 mins for a standard arriba price.

I've had my ATF visit both Rizo and Cas OTC in recent months and they let her in without a bar fine. But, be warned, it's sketchy. They used to charge a $300 bar fine for this, and ATF last trip warned me she couldn't be seen by meseros or they would assess it. I think for this and other reasons, if you're going to do an OTC TLN it's better to have a hotel outside the zona. . If there's one thing about the rules at BT/HK, it's that they're inconsistent.
