Last time I was at HK, which was before the pandemic, I crossed at Pedwest and used the HK shuttle. Looking at it now, it looks like the HK shuttle isn't available at Pedwest anymore? Only at Pedeast?

Pedeast all the time. That is where they have the office so if it is not right when you walk out from the border inspection it is there. Pedwest has certain hours which I forget since I always go late at night.
I've been dropped off at PedEast and the driving definitely picked people back up there as I was getting out. To Acast's point though - it's limited hours and I don't know for sure what those are. I think PedEast may open at 2 PM?
Last I was there pedwest going to the USA closes at 2pm, opens at 4 or 5am.
