She was supposed to perform at Truth tonight. This is the second time she has had to cancel her Detroit appearance. The first time was due to illness. This time, it is due to the process of getting a dance card.

She only needs a license if she wants to show nipples on stage or do lap dances. She could still go on stage with pasties without a cabaret license.
