  Wow, I would never do that! Whenever I have the skin pulled back the tip is extra sensitive and hurts like a bitch when shit gets even a little rough. I've also noticed the skin snapping or pulling back to expose the tip usually happens with rough tip play (hand, pussy, or otherwise). My advice, keep it. Just stick you're dick further in when sexing so your tip isn't always reinserting every stroke and possibly forcing skin back to expose tip. Also, to experiment, why not pull back when soft then get hard and see if you like the uncovered sensation? Anyway, I think you're nuts to do that.   The nice thing about the NHS is that there is no additional cost beyond having to live in the UK. The only problem might be an 8 month waiting period, or that they have already reached the yearly quoted for requests being put in for handling penises.

  That's what I've been telling you guys but you never listen, Jewish people are the most optimistic people in the world. Take the birth of a male baby for example as soon as they bring the child home from the hospital they have a ceremony called a "Bris" That's when the circumcision is performed. So you could say they cut a little bit off before they know how big it's going to be, tell me what's more optimistic than that !

  I was born in the Caribbean thus I'm not circumcised as most of my country-men are not. When I was young I did have a bit of head-sensitivity - I think part of it was: a) not having had enough sex thus the skin is not used to being stretched although it did not bother me w/ masturbation - as I've gotten older and fucked more it does not bother me anymore (either b/c of a natural aging thing or having hit that pussy more loosened up things) - also the head not being used to being exposed can cause some sensitivity b) since the head is often covered when flaccid; w/o one knowing/noticing the head does not get cleaned as often (e.g. when you shower water may not get in there) - thus one has to be conscious about cleaning the head b/c perhaps it not being as clean at it can/should be may make it more sensitive Perhaps it can be like stretching anything else (muscle; w/e) - at first it's tight but w/ regular stretching it loosens up. Try gently pulling it back when you are watching porn and have an erection and see if doing that semi-regularly gets it to loosen enough. I never had an issue pulling it back - it wold go back past the head when I had an erection and once it went past the head w/ an erection it would stay back and not really bother me - just the initial pullback was sorta an odd-sensation/feeling but it was not like it hurt a lot. But now that I remember I think my older cousin had to have a procedure as a child b/c his foreskin would not travel back enough/with-ease - so you could perhpas have a condition that may require medical attention.
