With home experiment you will clearly see and feel result. It will not cause spontaneous erect like Viagra, but you will notice citrullline effect kicks in bit while AFTER erection begin. I am not using citrulline as daily maintenance supplement, as I believing the benefit only occur if there is erectile level of blood flow to penis, and fearing my body might become dependent on it. So only taking occasionally before club outtings. Meat72 - Oral L-arginine is metabolize differently and can have GI side effect like diarrhea. Both L-arginine and L-citrulline lead to higher blood L-arginine and nitric oxide to power your erection. However, direct oral L-arginine goes through more metabolic pathway before it reaches the penis, so you have to consuming higher dose of arginine and risk side effect for same effect with lower dose of citrulline.
I agree with Chulo and think being wary of any product promoting quick results is the way to go. Too much of a good thing isn't always a good thing.
