I don't trust many of these women to be honest and reliable about anything else, why would I trust them to be honest and reliable about birth control?
That's just fine for the couple things that can be treated but there are a few that there is no cure for so that test won't do you any good after the fact. All it takes is one time with the wrong chick and you could end up with a gift that you can't return. I hate condoms but I want to live a long healthy life so i wrap it up when i'm with a pro and even most civies.
Yes that's another thing to consider besides the nasty diseases. Even though i'm at it for much more than 5 minutes. :D

No health issues resulted, but it sure as hell had me worried until I was tested a few times. Moreover, it gave her the ammo to try and run an abortion hustle on me.
I had been going to this club off and on for a few weeks and seldom saw her go back for more than one or two dances. My "understanding" also is that if one is circumcised then that can significantly lower STD transmission - my understanding is that the foreskin for non-circumcised males is fairly sensitive and tiny cuts can be created within it and these tiny cuts can be openings to potential infections.
In the next 20 years, I've only done bareback with three very long term partners – five and more years of fairly steady fucking. All too old for pregnancy and tending to have few to none other BB partners. One STD out of this lot, trichomonas vaginalis, which is not too serious for males and the treatment is cheap and easy.
