Larry, I think you're supposed to measure it erect (which is handy and convenient since the iPhone 6 is essentially a pocket-sized "porn viewing" device, lol). Most flaccid (limp) penises are mostly the same size (2.5-3 inches long) but can be any size when fully erect. I think most are 5-7 inches erect.
