  The most realistic looking/feeling tits are called gummy bears, a new type of silicone. A couple pairs have fooled me even after hands on dances. I think they cost 2-3 times more than other types.

  I don't think I have ever not spotted fake tits, especially by touch. Some are very good though, like almost everything in life - you get what you pay for.

  My ATF's tits went from a B to a C ( she's got a real small frame) for $6000. It took her to a hotel after the recovery room let her go and despite the surgeon's recommendation, she unwrapped them to check them out. I captured it on film for my mammary book. Now, 5 years later they look and feel natural. The silicone bags are under muscle & fat tissue so other than a 1/2 inch scar at the bottom crease on her left unit, you are hard pressed to tells out 10 years ago I hooked up with an escort in New Orleans and she had the worst fake tits I've ever seen or felt.   There are no "fake" tits. They are enhanced tits. If the girl goes to a trailer trash doctor, the enhanced tits will be hard or misshapen. However, a good surgeon will provide larger breasts that look and feel good. And the taste is just the same as before.

  I think breast enhancements are definitely getting better. It helps if you are in a city with a lot of money, great climate and thriving plastic surgery market (Phoenix), because it brings in the best docs. There was a very popular Phoenix plastic surgeon, and all the strippers who could afford him used his services. Unfortunately he was hit by a bus and killed, but others seem to have taken up the slack. There is a relatively new dancer at Bourbon Street in Phoenix named Honey, that has the absolute most incredible BA I've ever seen or felt anywhere. Gorgeous DDS on a petite brunette, italian frame. Gravity defying shape but very soft with zero scar and reactive nipples. She told me they cost her a small fortune, but she's always busy in VIP!

  Excellent comment crazyjoe! I don't mind fake tits - I just dislike those circus tits (that are like balloons). If a girl goes up a size - and uses a good surgeon - it can be very nice.

  My current CF has perfect fake tits; she really spent (spends actually as it's an ongoing expense) a lot on them. She's 5' nothing and they are 36 D. They bounce like the real thing, are symmetrical and her nipples are in perfect alignment. The only way you know they're store bought is there's no way a tiny girl like her would have 36 D's.

  I can attest to how real gummy bear boob jobs feel. I had mine done three months ago. Yeah they cost more, but saline literally feel like "water balloons" in the words of a friend who has them. Three months out from surgery, mine look and bounce and are squishy like the real thing :) I'm pleasantly surprised by how real they feel. I thought they'd be good, but not this good!

  After a series of small-breasted GFs in HS and college, I was exclusively dating women with large natural breasts just because I could. I have only ever slept with two women who had fake breasts, both saline, and there is absolutely no comparison. They look great but feel awful.

  I think Nina is thinking about getting fake tits. I would just advise all ladies that are thinking about getting breast enhancements to do all your research beforehand. The last thing you want is a bad boob job.

  Fake tits can generally be silicone or saline (salt water) the saline ones generally feel more natural but have to be changed out more often.

  I'm a purist when it comes to tits - def prefer them natural even if the implants feel kinda real and look kinda real - just knowing they are artificially enhanced is pretty-much an automatic downer and turn-off for me personally. I like big natural tits - but will prefer small natural tits or even natural ones that are not perky; to fake-ones. I'm actually not that picky w.r.t women's looks but bad natural ones are actually less of a turn-off than good fake-ones for me personally.

  I love a pair of fake tits, as long as they aren't too big. @Gawker are you, are you referring to your ATF as in the one that's constantly in and out of rehab? Personally I thought her fake tits felt the worst of all the fake tits I've squeezed. They looked amazing but they were hard and not all that squeezable. Aside from that she was hot as hell though. @Daybreaker, I agree with Papi, you should post a few pics of your tits. For "research" purposes, of course.

  I know a girl (not a stripper or escort, pure civvy) that had implants that took her from 30C to 30F. Those are 36C sized tits on a really thin woman. A little too big IMO (did I really type that?) They extend wider than her rib cage if you get the picture. When she bends over, they fall away from her body and have that pendulum motion like real tits. They feel great. She paid in the $7,000 range. Other than their size, the only way I can tell is when you really squish them you reach a point where they stop deforming.
