It helps if you are in a city with a lot of money, great climate and thriving plastic surgery market (Phoenix), because it brings in the best docs. I can attest to how real gummy bear boob jobs feel. I had mine done three months ago. Yeah they cost more, but saline literally feel like "water balloons" in the words of a friend who has them. Three months out from surgery, mine look and bounce and are squishy like the real thing :) I'm pleasantly surprised by how real they feel. I thought they'd be good, but not this good!

I would just advise all ladies that are thinking about getting breast enhancements to do all your research beforehand. The last thing you want is a bad boob job.

Fake tits can generally be silicone or saline (salt water) the saline ones generally feel more natural but have to be changed out more often.

I'm a purist when it comes to tits - def prefer them natural even if the implants feel kinda real and look kinda real - just knowing they are artificially enhanced is pretty-much an automatic downer and turn-off for me personally.

I like big natural tits - but will prefer small natural tits or even natural ones that are not perky; to fake-ones.

I'm actually not that picky w.r.t women's looks but bad natural ones are actually less of a turn-off than good fake-ones for me personally.

I love a pair of fake tits, as long as they aren't too big.

Yeah - if a girls doesn't have much to begin with; then it seems the enhanced boobs tend to look and feel faker the bigger they go.
