On the hope that Seamom is legit, here goes- If you were in SoCal I could tell you exactly what to expect, what to tip, where to go and all of that good stuff. But since you are in Seattle all I can tell you is yes, DATY is more than possible, and I'm sure that mutual masturbation is as well (never pursued that).
