When I saw the headline, I thought I would post this along with some smart-ass remark. But I won't because the group seems to be doing good, unlike many sanctimonious hypocrites.
Usually with these sorts of salvation ministries the first step is to get the people to go along with the idea that they are degrading themselves, and especially that they are degrading all women.
I had the misfortune once of working near a group of mostly women clerical workers, and with a supervisor just hired from Stanford. The supervisor was an Orthodox Jew, and she dressed to practice what they call "modesty". The women in her group did not dress this way, often in high heels, short dresses, and makeup.
So this supervisor set about to convince them that in encouraging guys to look at them, they were degrading themselves and all women.
Needless to say there were problems and innocent people were effected.
