My iPhone has a feature allowing you to block numbers. I've blocked a couple of dancers who were just being a pain in the ass. I've also blocked about 60 numbers from Viagra sales people and solar panel purveyors.

I don't have to pay to block numbers. If ignoring her doesn't work then you'll have to pay to block her number. She isn't going to listen to reason.

Just go and fuck her. And if that's not enough, come back the next day and do it again.
