  My iPhone has a feature allowing you to block numbers. I've blocked a couple of dancers who were just being a pain in the ass. I've also blocked about 60 numbers from Viagra sales people and solar panel purveyors.

  I don't have to pay to block numbers. If ignoring her doesn't work then you'll have to pay to block her number. She isn't going to listen to reason.

  I gave my burn # to an ebony last week and she has texted me pretty much every day since then – I replied to only one of her texts letting her know I would not be coming into her club for now; but she keeps texting – does not really bother me too much and I assume she'll stop after I don't respond for a week or so – but darn – she *is* persistent. She works in a small black club down here in Miami where not a lot of custies spend and I spend well – she had a baby not too long ago and had stopped dancing and just got back recently so I guess she is hurting for $$$ - but I'm not much of an OTC guy not the type to stick to any particular dancer; so I'm not in a big hurry to meet up w/ her (I like to club on my terms and when I'm in the mood to do so; not when a dancer wants me to come in). b/c I spend well in the small black clubs I hit; I get A LOT of #s (or get asked for mine) – for a while there I started saying no to # requests but when I'm in the club and horny it often seems like a good idea to take her # or give her mine.

  Google Voice. In addition to giving you a second number in your phone, there's all sorts of nifty features, including one that blocks numbers. If they call, they get the number disconnected message.

  Clackport beat me to it. As he said, tell her you're broke. Just as an added bonus, you could also tell her that it doesn't mean that you two can't have a real date if she's interested. Not only will she stop texting you, but SHE may be the one to do the blocking. ;)
