How would you handle an obnoxious fat dancer?

Myrtle Beach police investigate an assault report at a gentlemen’s club.

A 23-year-old man reported to police that he was struck four times in the face by a dancer at Derriere’s Gentlemen’s Club on Seaboard Street in Myrtle Beach.

The victim called police on Sunday evening to report the incident that happened around 1:45 Sunday morning.

According to the police report, the victim said the dancer was annoying him, so he told her to “go to the gym and lose weight.” In response the dancer allegedly reached off the stage and struck him several times in the face, causing injury with a ring she was wearing.

Officers noted in the report that the victim’s face did have injuries consistent with his story.

The victim went on to tell police that bouncers dragged him out of the club with excess force.

According to the report, the victim told police he would rate his intoxication level as “11 out of 10.” He also described the dancer as a white female, about 115 to 120 lbs.

Officers attempted to follow up at Derriere’s on Sunday, but the club was closed.

The victim did not press charges.

I like the guy telling cops is intoxication level was an 11 out of 10. I wonder, after he told the cops that did he then say "get out of my way, I need to get my car and drive home."

He looks like a skinny little punk, and I'd have to agree. He got his ass kicked by a 120lb chick, then called the cops? Unless he's trying to weasel it into a civil claim he's a serious fucking pussy. If he is trying to weasel it into a civil claim, he's fucking worthless piece of shit. I'd have loved it if the cops kicked his ass as Rick suggests, but I have a feeling he's angling for a payday and that would have only given him another defendant in his eventual bullshit claim.

I like my women slim and generally won't hesitate to call a stripper most would call average to thick to be fat. But, 120lbs on anyone of normal height far from fat. I have told an annoying dancer loudly: "I'll give $5 to go away and leave me alone" and it worked. It also did not turn the other girls away and most also thought she was an annoying bitch that drove away customers. Other customers just got up and left after she would not leave them alone.

No, her not being fat just makes him a bigger pussy and makes his credibility more suspect. It doesn't make it any less assault, if it went down the way he said it did.

Seems like we're missing part of the story. Rage usually builds up. He probably said or did more than just that. Maybe it was a really bad night for her.

Now if she attacked without provocation other than hearing a customer say that she was fat, he should press charges and have her charged. No customer deserves to be beat up by a 115 girl and thrown out of a club just because he was a little bit rude. Now if he was an asshole, that's a different story. :)

When I hear fat in South Carolina, I'm thinking 150 to 250 pound stripper. South Carolina is among one of the fattest states in the union. I'm not even sure if 150 is considered fat, it might depend on body type.

Calling her fat was bad decision making (regardless of the truth). In every SC, there's a few dancers that are bat-shit crazy. Best not to tempt fate.

I deal with clingy dancers in one of two ways (usually):

"I'm just being honest here. You're pretty but not my type. I don't want to waste your time, because I know you're time is money."
"It's great meeting you, but for right now I'd like to enjoy my drink on my own."

#2 is reserved for those who can't (or won't) take a hint.

When I read guys throwing around words like "assault" to describe a 120 lb girl hitting a young grown man, and even see some guys advocating that he press charges against her, it really makes me believe that the Pussification of America is well on its way.

Personally, I think that this guy should have had his nuts kicked in for even getting the police involved - which would have the nice side benefit of ensuring that he won't breed more like him (assuming a pussy like this could ever actually get laid to begin with). Seriously, there couldn't have been an ounce of male pride in a 23 year old guy who called the cops because a girl hit him. Worse though, I'll bet that the only reason that he didn't press charges is that someone - probably the cops - talked him out of it.
