Last night I saw a hot dancer on stage, and as soon as she took off her top I got stiff. So we repaired to the VIP room and played in one of the curtained booths. When we left VIP, the bouncer pulled the dancer aside to talk to her. The dancer came back to my table and said, "The bouncer fined me $100." Me: "Why?" Dancer: "Because we were fucking." Me: "I thought everybody did that." Dancer: "I did too."
I wonder if the dancer was singled out for some reason.
If it was really an issue they would have fires her. Sounds like either the bouncer was extorting $100 from her not to tell or that they were working a scam to get an extra $100 out of you. Question: Did you pay the fine for her?
In my experience, if the club caters to extras, the bouncer needs to be tipped. If they don't allow extras, an immediate suspension is the minimum dancer punishment and they usually get fired because of fear from Uncle Leo. Her getting a $100 fine and that's all means to me the bouncer wanted his cut; I would assume she got roughly $100 for F/S?
Yes, I think the bouncer and the dancer working together to try and get another $100 out of you is very likely. Immediate suspension, and imposed by the owner, would be the penalty if the dancer really did something not allowed.
Jackslash, did the bouncer show you to the room? Did you make a mess? Those are the two things you can be fined for at your club. Not so much at my favorite detroit club.
