Relative Availability of Extras/OTC in Manhattan Versus Detroit?

Also have, as many have observed, why is there such a small % of American born girls in the Manhattan clubs. Most girls being Eastern European there. What are the demographics of strippers like in Detroit?

Anyone been to both places? Thoughts on this?

I did not experience any extras in Manhattan clubs. OTC must be available, but the price would be very high.

You can get extras in most Detroit clubs. OTC is available depending on the dancer. Most Detroit strippers are American-born. In my favorite clubs about 90% of the dancers are white, but there are always some black and hispanic dancers. Asian strippers are rare.

I wonder why things are so vastly different between the two areas?

Cost of living is a major factor. If you want to venture into the clubs in the Bronx, you might find higher mileage and a greater penchant for OTC, but Manhattan is just crazy expensive for everything. I'm not familiar with Detroit, other than what I've read here and in the news, but like most rust belt cities it must be depressed and depressing.

Regional supply and demand. New York pulls a lot of immigrants; plenty of pretty Eastern European girls seeking a better way of life but perhaps not here fully legally. They also may have lingering Eastern European morality about the sex trade. Those Eastern European 8s and 9s are pushing the homegrown 6s and 7s off the pole.

Detroit's economy is in a long term downward spiral separate from the most recent recession. I can't personally understand why anyone would stay in Detroit considering how much better Chicago, Minneapolis and North Dakota are economically, but people often stay put. High unemployment does create more girls willing to strip for money. Anecdote: one dancer I chatted with recently was open about the fact she never thought she would strip but fell into it after losing her office job and not being able to find another. With 5% unemployment she wouldn't be stripping, and the club would have to hire a less pretty girl in her place.

Plenty of the girls who work in NYC clubs are home grown. The EE girls tend to be concentrated in a % of clubs that are most welcoming to them.

IME the reason that extras are so much more difficult to find, whether it is with EE girls or any other types, is because they don't need to do them to make money. Between tourists and heavy hitter locals, there is a fuck ton of money flowing through NYC clubs. If a girl is attractive enough and has some seduction skills, she's going to make money.

And when I say that they are "difficult" to find, I don't mean that they are really that tough to find per se, just that they are tough to find at anything close to a reasonable price. There is plenty of fucking and sucking happening in the backrooms of Manhattan clubs, but you'd better be willing to spend well over $1k in order to get it, at least with a hot girl. There is a whole species of VIP managers in those clubs who make their livings by connecting high rollers with girls willing to finish the job.

Yes, Manhattan does seem to be experiencing something of a "boom" right now. Real estate prices are also pointing to it. It's interesting to see the effects on SC compared to areas like Detroit which aren't as booming yet.

I am thinking this is joke post by Dougster. I think everyone know about Detroit and how good the action is. I think if people aren't talking about Manhattan it is because that is not a big place to go for strip clubs.

The girls at Detroit clubs tend not to be from Detroit because they don't want to run into friends and family. They do tend to be from the Midwest in particular Michigan and Ohio. I am still a little at a loss on the complete lack of Asians girls in Detroit. All Asian women at the AMP's in Michigan.

That said if you use the Rick Dugan system you can get OTC at pretty much any club. It is all about how much you are willing to pay and how many girls you are able to talk to. I used it once and it worked but I am not a big OTC guy with women I don't know. I think it is in my best interests to not end up in a Shadowcat 2am news story.

I've never been to the Detroit area clubs but always wanted to go. I'm guessing the hot girls are predominantly white, bred in the USA, and are inclined to do extras whether ITC or OTC.

in manhattan girls are mostly eastern euro, outside of manhattan, mixture of eastern euro, latin - usa bred or foreign. as far as white girls made in usa maybe 5% of the strippers are such, but most of those 5%ers' look like shit. even though I've never been to Detroit/Inkster area I'd choose that area for hot girl action compared to the ny area.

 A little late to the topic but there is a high percentage of local girls/women in the Detroit area clubs. This is a standard parochial Midwestern area so people do not feel comfortable out of their zone. Most of the contiguous towns and cities are as poor as Detroit but a lot whiter. Given Michigan's proud standing as the 43 worst state in the union there will always be locals. There was a wave of Eastern European a few years ago but that got stopped under trafficking investigations.
