Fall is my favorite season - Football, Cheerleaders, Oktoberfest, Halloween, Thanksgiving...

Time for some candy corn and pumpkin spice latte, lol

I met a good dancer last week named Autumn. So things are looking up.

@Shadow-Careful that you don't Fall for Autumn. I heard she could be a real Trick or Treat.

Fall is okay but I HATE winters, so the Dark Time has begun. I'm not happy....I better go get a BJ after work to cheer me up.

It's my favorite season too, and for many of the reasons you already named.

Another one would be the weather.

@Slick: While November 11th is important, the 10th is even more so. :)

How could I forget! On 11/10/69, Sesame Street premiered on PBS.

Fresh garden produce - tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, corn.

Hockey exhibition games started on the past weekend.

Halloween is definitely my favorite going out night of the year, but all in all I'm not a fan of Fall, the weather sucks in my area during that time. Rain, Rain, Rain.

@mikeya02,

The only rats in Alberta are the two-legged variety and there is no profit for me in shooting that variety of rat.

Alberta actually spends a fair bit of money to keep the province rat free. Any infestation along the eastern or southern border is dealt with promptly and with 'extreme prejudice'. The bitter cold of the north and the Rocky Mountains to the west are effective barriers to rat migrations.

I don't think that any other land locked area of North America makes this same 'rat free' claim.
