Offtopic Finished reading a book called Saved By The Light

A guy who had a rough childhood, getting in fights, etc grew up and then when everything seemed to be looking up got struck by lightning and died.
To his surprise he returned about 30 minutes later and woke up in the morgue. He claims he remembers a crystal city, angels or beings of light, etc, etc.
He says in his book after you die you have a life review and actually relive the events even little ones from other people's perspective. If you hurt them, you feel their pain. If you made them happy, you feel that. For everything you did. So after reading all that,I wondered, should I tip girls on stage two dollars versus one. dollar? Sometimes I am the only one tipping. I would imagine they would feel pleased someone was tipping them. Plus some dancers have said one dollar means nothing to them. If that is the general consensus, then one dollar, two dollars, it doesn't matter.

Howmuch do you usually tip on stage and do you only tip a few or a whole lot of dancers? If I have to relive every experience, I want it to be pleasant. :)

If I tip 40 times during the night, instead of spending $40 on tips, then it might be $80. I could be enjoying lap dances instead. I think I will stick to one dollar tips. I'm not a millionaire. If I was, I would tip a lot more.

Can you imagine some Rip off dancers having a life review after they die and feeling the pain and anger they caused in everyone around them when they pissed off all the customers? It's a nice thought that they will feel it all. Maybe, maybe not. I put this as Offtopic because I believe many of the people here are atheists.

Tip what you can afford dude. Higher stage tips can get girls' attention, so if you see a girl you dig tip extra.

Regardless, if you go to the club you're there to be entertained. Tips are the cost for said entertainment. Pay for the entertainment you're getting. If the place sucks you should bug out rather than stay without tipping.

You're right. I've been in a habit of always tipping the same amount. Meanwhile if she joins me at my table and I like her I would not hesitate to spend a five or ten on a drink for her. I 'll have to remember not to tip extra if I don't want her to sit with me.

"You have a life review and actually relive the events even little ones from other people's perspective."

Oh shit. Does that mean I'm going to experience being fucked in the mouth so I know what it feels like for my ATF?

$2 is my minimum stage tip, and it goes up from there. However I refuse to accept or use $2 bills, and I hate clubs that try to give them in change.

If I find a dancer exceptionally attractive or if I'm attempting to get her attention, I'll frequently deviate from my normal $2 to $4 tip and put a ten spot on the rail. It almost always works.

This kind of book drives me crazy. Without getting all spiritual about it, I just do not believe it is possible to "die" and come back to life. This is a metaphysical impossibility. We are either alive or dead. We don't go back and forth. I am perfectly willing to entertain the possibility that hearts can stop, brain activity can cease. If, however, you believe that we are spiritual beings, none of these phenomena can be understood as "death." We die once and once only. The important thing is to have lived to the fullest.

Aren't $2 bills considered bad luck by many bartenders & waitresses?

The minimum I will tip per song is 2 bucks (which I what I normally tip). It sucks when you're the only one tipping the dancer on stage, I kind of feel bad only putting up 2 bucks, normally in that situation I end up tipping like 5 bucks a song.

You can die and comeback to life. Just ask Nikki Sixx.
