Flood of Negative Reviews for Cheetahs in Az

There have been a flood of negative reviews from first time reviewers on Cheetahs in Phoenix. Is there some dispute between rival clubs or is this place really that bad? Does anyone from Phoenix have any insight?

These are bullshit reviews and should be deleted. Cheetahs is a good club and I've always enjoyed my time there.
These crap reviews are being submitted by the same malicious person and should be deleted.
Looks like someone is trying to smear the place. Nine of the past 10 reviews are by first time reviewers and they are all nnegative. Think I'll check the place out this week and see if it really sucks.
I'm a Phx native and went there one time. It's a shit-hole. That should tell you everything you need to know.
