The end of an era?

Yoda, davids never lets facts get in the way of his absurd ideas. He prefers to make false assumptions on which to attack the rest of us, it makes him feel superior. I've been convinced for some time that RL is a 12-year-old just having fun; I'm beginning to think that davids is too, that's certainly where he is emotionally.

Anyway I tried Craig's list and it doesn't have much for the areas in which I'm interested. There are some ads in Citypaper from time to time but I hate to make an appointment without at least seeing a photo. Too many of those ads are phony. A few are probably LE. Plus I'm out in the 'burbs and they're all in center city. Guess I'll just have to stick to my 2 legitimate therapists. They're both really good and a lot cheaper. In fact my ATF is in the process of starting up her own business.

Being called a retard by someone who considers RL's posts insightful may not be such a bad thing.

Yoda: You prove your cluelessness yet again. Massage may not include massage, but chances are way above average that if a girl is going to let you massage her then she is going to let you fuck her. Not 100%, of course.

Davids: Erotic massage does not include fucking. That would be refered to as Full Service. If your going to rip people (which, by the way, only makes you appear a bigger asshole than you probably are) at least get your facts straight.

Yoda, I've never tried an erotic massage but I'm intrigued by the concept. But I don't want to pay extra for a massage that isn't as good as what I'm used to just to get a happy ending, and none of the girls around here who advertise erotic massages are certified. How do you find someone like that, someone who is certified and open-minded?

FONDL: I was just lucky. I found the girl I am talking about on Craig's list about a year ago. Most girls who do erotic massage are pretty useless on the massage part.

Sounds like "chick logic": They kid themselves that he is probably "gay", knowing that he probably isn't so they don't feel like they are "sluts" for going to see him. Then the sex "just happens": they are taken in by moment and there is nothing they can do about it.

The massage discussion just reminded me of a funny story. When my ATF worked in a strip club as a waitress, there was a guy who was giving all the girls free massages OTC. They all thought he was gay so they let him get pretty friendly. Turned out that he wasn't. Massage school anyone.

Back to original subject. Have had several ATF's over the last 6 years at different clubs. Met my lastest in Feb. and spent time with her 3-4 times a month for the next 4 months. Had her cell number and exchanged calls but never ended up meeting OTC. She recently graduated college and has taken a job in the real world. Received a call last month that she was now "in a relationship" and her life has changed dramatically. That was a month ago and I just can't shake it. I have been back to her club(she's gone) and others but its just not the same. She was a true GFE experience and anything less seems just not worth it. I even had a new woman at another club give me her cellnumber but the spark is gone. I agree that maybe I need to just give it up for a while vs. forever. I didn't have much trouble getting over the others but this was different.

My first ATF was a massage therapist. She had already become certified and was dancing for extra income. She did great lap dances but it had a lot more to do with her personality, Brazilian ass and great 36dd's in my face than it did with her massage skills. I also see a licensed therapist who does outcall erotic massage-definitely the best of both worlds! She's gives a great massage as well as the "happy ending". It costs more than a legit massage but is cheaper than a FS escort and way less than I blow in a strip club some nights.

I knew a dancer who was studying massage therepy. She eventually was certified, but before that she bought a portable table and started giving massages to the other dancers in the club between sets for practice. She was pretty popular. She also started making appointments with some of her better known customers. She was never really a favorite for me, she was a solid backup, although at the time my visits were more frequent and she may have considered me a regular. She did ask me if I wanted a massage. I felt a little uncomfortable about it, so it never happened (for one thing I knew her husband was a jerk and I wasn't going to give out my address or phone number, although I've since learned her massage buisness was on the level). She eventually quit dancing, and apparently still does massage.

I've never met a dancer who was a massage therapy student and I doubt if anyone else here has either. It's a very intense program, they don't usually have time to be strippers too unles they only do it once or twice a week.

This was one the most reliable ways to spot strippers who give good dances: I don't think I met any who were massage therapy student who did not end up giving exception dances. These girls aim to please!

I described it previously in another thread when I was talking about competition to clubs from other forms of entertainment. My ATF got me hooked on massages and I've found a very good massage therapist near my home. It actually has many of the same elements that I enjoy about a strip club - there's interesting conversation, one-on-one time alone with an attractive young girl, and there's quite a bit of intimacy. I'm talking about legitimate massages, not the sexual kind. That's probably fun too but it's a lot more expensive and probably not nearly as good of a massage.

What's the new hobby?

AN, I definately won't be returning to the Gold Club. And I'm not sure that I want to spend the time and money looking for either a new club or a new girl. I don't know if it's me or them, but I seem to like fewer and fewer clubs and fewer and fewer dancers. Plus I've gotten into a new hobby that's just as pleasurable or maybe more so and is less expensive.

While I don't usually center my enjoyment of clubs around any one dancer, or even a small few, I've been at a similar turning point before myself. And each time, it seems, some new dancer or club comes along to hook me all over again. It happens when I'm not actively seeking anything new, because I've given up on the chance of finding it. The closest I've had to a long-term ATF came about at such a low ebb. I'd seen her in the club for months, thought she looked hot but never considered her my type until she slid onto my lap, and BAM!

You sound pretty resigned about this, Fondl, so if it happens to you, I bet it will come from out of the blue, and maybe from right under your nose, if that's contradictory enough for you.

I think I understand. I hang on to my regulars because I remember how long it took to find one who was attractive, smart, honest, and who I liked (and who seemed to like me). I recently started to cultivate a regular at another club, but after a dissapointing visit I decided she wasn't worth it and gave up on that club. There was also a new dancer at my regular club I thought might be nice, but after having her sit with me one afternoon, I gave up on her too. I'm basically down to a few known dancers at my regular club. If they aren't working I don't bother since I'm usually disappointed. GL whatever you decide.
