  Here's how Nike should respond:
  
  We require proof of your claim. We will donate a pair of our shoes to your 18 year old "employee" and let her jump up and down on your face. If you die, we'll pay for your funeral and give her a bajillion dollars so she can get therapy to overcome the trauma of killing you. If you don't die, we will consider your claim void.
