I am not familiar with a Borgrats in Detroit...can you submit a review of the place if you have been there. Could you also clarify when you use the word cheapest...are we referring to drinks, the physical club in itself, the dances, etc. Please clarify and in the future it might work best for all members in this forum if you are more unambiguous.
