Now all that is Seattle prices, you might want to compare local escort boards to see there is a factor multiply by, I get the feeling it's about the same.
I would err on the side of bidding a bit high the first time out if you think you may become a regular. Remember show you value them. Don't insult them. They get down to the prices that would originally have been an insult soon enough, and it will be their idea.
The best strategy for OTC is to get to know her friends. Learn about her and find out who she competes with and this will easily drive down prices. I know a girl who wanted $300 for an OTC date. I knew how to play her against her friend/competitor with the right games and got her down to $40 FS. Push for anal and see how she reacts. Your idea is sound for any time of negotiation: counter with the going trend (or lower), their response will tell you a lot. Offering more in the hopes of being a "regular" is just silly. Assume you'll be a one time customer, until you aren't.

As for $300 versus $200, think about how you will feel looking back if you blow the chance because you are trying to squeeze out an extra $100.
