While going over reviews, I noticed some people mentioning "extras"
In all honesty I didn't even consider anything "extra".
I thought you basically pay for a lap dance, and that's about it. In my mind as far as "extra" goes, I thought that was pretty much being able to touch the chick while she danced for you.
So was I right to presume "extra" just meant being able to touch the chick, or does it entail more?
It is like when they bring nuts or popcorn with your drink. The sign of a good club is that type o "extra touch" in the service or decor, like when they have tissues on e table in VIP.

"Extras" is just a myth, but boys will be boys and "exaagerate" what strippers are willing to do for them. It's all non-sense though. Just ask on the pink site though they'll set you straight.

@ames: Since your one review is from a club in Ontario, where prostitution isn't strictly illegal (though I'll leave it to our other Canuck members to more precisely define the line between legal and not), you at least probably won't go to jail if you ask. It may be against club policy, but you might also get some frank answers if you ask the right dancer.
If you're talking about the States, though, there is no place, with the possible exception of some areas of Nevada, where "extras" are legal, and you could be inviting jail time for even asking. Likely? No, but still possible.
How to find the "right" dancer is left as an exercise for the reader...
Your single posted review is for a Mississauga SC, one of the few Mississauga SCs that I have not visited. I can tell you that a quick peek into any of the VIPs of the Mississauga clubs that I have reviewed will give you an instant understanding of SC extras.

Well, as mentioned before, I'm thinking of going to a SC this Wednesday, and it will be quite awhile before I visit another SC, hell it might as well be my last time...
So I'm willing noticeably lighten my pockets for a memorable night.
To ask for extras just ask. Don't worry about sounding like a douche. It isn't a church and it's just whores you are dealing with so don't pretend it's something it's not.
Unless you want to pretend it's the equivalent of picking up girls in a nightclub. Then when you do it you can fancy yourself some kind of player as many here do it. Your choice if you want to be in tune with reality or live in fantasy land and get the ego boost. If the later talk to RickDugan, he spent ten years developing a system to get extras. Given a mind like his could pick up string theory in a couple of weeks if he was so inclined, you should get a sense of how difficult a problem it is and how much he accomplished when he cracked that code. Just ask what's on the menu in VIP. If she is vague, pass and move on to the next one. Once the entree is selected, ask the price.
Research the club that you're going to. If you are looking for extras inside the place, find out how 'private' the VIP areas actually are and whether it's even really feasible for the girls to do that.
You can figure out what kind of environment you are in before you even bother asking the girls for anything. Generally it's not hard to predict whether or not girls would do extras in a given club.
Can't add much to what Shadowcat just posted. Read reviews on this site, hell use the shit outta this site and you should catch up quickly. And "do you do anything extra?" should not offend or alarm any dancer. I am sure they hear far more graphic things daily. Have fun.

I have found nearly every strip club web site useless. TUSCL is much more useful. About the only good thing I have found from a few SC websites are some free passes to waive cover charges.
And Outside The Club (OTC) can certainly be a lot more fun than the VIP room but not always.
Well, accurate pictures of the facilities would be nice though.
Since you guys stated, one of the hints is the layout, wouldn't want to pay a cover charge to get in, just to find out the layout of the place x)
I would expect that in the Mississauga / Toronto Canada area SCs sceen, that you should be receiving offers with out prompting.

In most clubs, there's an area you can get lap dances, paid for one at a time, for somewhere between $10 and $40 apiece. If you've just met a dancer, one or two of those may be a good investment. Then, there are usually one or more separate areas designated for VIP dances, where you get more privacy and pay by time... 15/30/60 minutes. I only go there with a girl I've enjoyed single LD's with unless I'm unusually smitten by her looks and personality from the stage show and at my table. Those dances cost between $75 and $150 per 15 minutes, even more at really high end clubs. Enjoy! Bring protection if you truly are extras-minded.

Dougster's "they're just whores" religious dogma aside, they're people trying to make a living. If they lied to you, or didn't deliver what they promised, you have a beef, with those individuals. But if you just paid more than the going rate, or assumed promises not made, consider it a learning experience, not a reason to smear all dancers.
Yep strippers are right down there with rightfully lowly regarded groups in society like used car salesmen and stock brokers in terms of typical honesty. (i would put strippers even lower than those two groups. Just barely above a prison population, IMO.)
Sure assume the best until they show you otherwise, but they often do that in less than a minute, and don't cut them much slack in the meantime.

In less extra-friendly locales, "just ask" will get you just booted or even worse.

YES, farmerart is telling you to read his reviews damnit. If I remember correctly some girls in Toronto area clubs are very forward and well certain Toronto clubs have a reputation for these sorts of things.

Bankers and Strippers are in it for the money. Its easy, timesaver, and non-offensive to ask what are your limits. As stated by others, test drive in VIP ($30), feel them out (literally lol), ask to verify the menu & price, go to private room & enjoy!

Went to one around my area that had a "reputation". Stayed there approximately 4 hours, scouting for potentials. Found 3 during the span of 4 hours. Took each of them for a dance. 1st one (facially a 7.5/10 brunette), I subtly asked, and she did offer, but overcharged through the roof. Negotiated but the prices were too damn steep, so just took a dance. 2nd one (facially 7/10 dirty blond), she offered. Same deal with the overcharging. Negotiated, but once again too damn high. Took 2 dances this time because she had an all natural banging body. 3rd one, (facially 7.5/10 blond) she offered. Same deal with the overcharging. Negotiated the prices down, it was still too damn high, but I've already wasted around 3 1/2 hrs at this point, so impulsively I said fuck it, and went for it. What a mistake x) ...
The whole ordeal was so bloody mechanical... Up and down movement, no grinding, minimal eye contact, just going through the motions. On average I last around 15-20 minutes. (Thank you years of porn) So I'm sitting there after the 3rd song (~9 minutes) and she give me a deadline after that... hahahaha, fucking hilarious. In one instance she was vigorously handling ames jr. for about 2-3 minutes, realizing that if I wanted, I'd last another 15 minutes.
