Do you talk about TUSCL at the clubs?

I am always tempted to mention to dancers that I rate clubs online...thinking maybe I get a little extra somethin for being "special". But I never do for a handful of reasons:

1) I try to pretend that I'm sort of "new" to strip clubs. I think when you start dropping hints that you've been to every strip club off route 66...it tends to ruin your "innocence".

2) I get worried that they'll actually go to the site to see what I wrote. I know that probably won't happen...but with my luck i'd rate the girls as flappy tummied big assed butch lesbians and the girl would read it and be pissed (even if it was true).

3) Lame. I mean, I'm no "authority". It just seems lame to act al important when any dork with an internet connection can essentially do the same thing.

What do you guys think? Do you mention TUSCL? Reasons why/why not?

I don't tell other dancers I know about TUSCL because I don't want them finding their pics among my profile pics.

No. In my opinion, nothing good that may come from such a revelation would outweigh the potential Bullshit that could come from it.

I do well enough without mentioning TUSCL that I see no need to reveal that I hang here.

It depends on how well I know the dancer/s. I have met 7 dancers that have posted on TUSCL. That includes Christal. Avalons07 didn't start posting until she spent the afternoon at my house going over TUSCL. shadowcat is well know to day shift dancers at Columbia Platinum Plus and is getting that way at Follies in Atlanta. Even the house mom and manager at Follies now know who I am.

It ain't for everyone but it works for me.

I actually prefer most TUSCLers be men and/or avid SC customers/enthusiasts like myself. It feels we can often easily relate to one another’s comments/questions.

Women/dancers often have a different view of SCs and things in general. I wouldn’t want my beloved TUSCL discussion board to be filled w/ topics and/or points of view I may not be interested in or be able to relate to.

Although, some of the female TUSCLers often do make good comments.

I've let one dancer know that I know about this web site because she wanted some information on different clubs. Other than that, no way.

And, I saved the web pages for the clubs that she wanted information from and removed my name from them and then showed them to her, so she doesn't know my name on here.

TUSCL is like Vegas, what happens on here stays here. No need to 'encourage' club 'employees' to come on here writing shills.

I wear my TUSCL t-shirt (under my U.Fla jersey)

TUSCL is not a country club. Anyone can join. Yet, I do not want this space to become an open sewer for shills, hustlers, dancers looking for sugar daddies and "flamers." So I do not discuss TUSCL with dancers in the hope that this site will remain a place for frank and honest conversation.

NOT with Dancers. Only with fellow TUSCL members.

I don't and would suggest you do the same.

None of the dancers I know have ever heard of TUSCL, so I never bother mentioning it. But many dancer do know that I post regularly on another (local) SC site, so I'm pretty careful what I write there.

I did once, when a dancer I knew pretty well commented on the crappy clubs in the Chicago area and mentioned her wish that there was some way to find out about club in other areas. I also named the stripperweb site. The next time I saw her (a couple of months later) she jumped in my lap and thanked me. She claimed that she had talked to several Tampa area clubs on the phone and was leaving soon to try them out! I hope it worked for her, I never saw her again!

Otherwise, I had never thought it would be any benefit!

I almost never do. I did mention it just once to a dancer. She saw the review and asked me if I was looneylarry. My cover was blown, and I was hoping that I would soon be, as well. But the props I had given her in the earlier review led to a pretty flat 2d visit. So, no benefit, really, of any kind.

I Never discuss TUSCL with people I don't know, and never club workers. I only discuss with fellow members and guys I'm helping into the scene.

Never in a club or with dancers. The reason...

    I can't think of a reason I would!

I just dancers who ask that I've been before, and that I've been going to clubs for years. That usually answers the questions they really want answered.

Hell no! If I was a dancer, I would look for reviews. I was surprised how many dancers that don't know about this site. It's a good thing, because if they figured it out, I'd be chewed out. Of course if that did happen, I would issue a 100 percent denial!
I love this site because it contains details that must remain sacred!!

I feel kinda 'normal' again......... I never discuss of with a dancer. Most don't care &/or wouldn't understand. I have suggested it to a few other customers I have met but only after a long talk that showed me they sampled the area & could be honest.

In a word, no. I've actually had a couple dancers ask me about TUSCL and I've feigned ignorance. I think one favorite suspected that I had described her in a review.

Well. I am certainly in the minority here. My advice is to not hang out with me at my favorite clubs unless you are willing to get wet.

Never. For the reasons many have said.

Seems dancers know about SCL but that's anonymous.

I want girls to know that TUSCL exists (they cannot avoid learning the facts that their club sucks because the level of contact during a lapper is inadequate, that other girls make more money because they give more contact during a lapper, and that basically lap-dancing is a form of limited prostitution and definitely a sex-related business in which level of service NOT air-dancing is what is appreciated).

I want no girl or club-manager ever to know that I am on here posting reviews or that my statements can be tied to me.

So, (a) yes, I tell them ABOUT TUSCL, and I encourage them to read it, and (b) no, I do not tell them about ME being on TUSCL.

Oh, and, too add one more point in reference to the original poster's statement: I don't think it would be effective to tell a girl that I'm a reviewer on the 'net and then hope this might get me some better treatment. If anything, I think the contrary would happen, that it would turn them off from dealing with me because they'd be afraid of me revealing specific details, and because they'd get miffed that I was trying to pull rank and intimidate them a bit. And, as you alluded to, it would just be "lame" that I'd be trying to get extra service on the basis of an level of access that isn't any greater than the access which a dork with an internet connection in his mother's basement has. In general, it's always a mistake (even outside of strip clubs) to expect to be able to "pull sway" over someone who is in a service industry (and, to orig.-poster, I don't mean to imply that YOU seem to think this way, you don't). They won't give you greater service because of intimidation, they'll give you lesser service (or NONE!) because of annoyance and being off-put.
