Regarding OTC's

Thursday, March 8, 2012 6:57 AM
I went to a strip club in a Detroit several months ago, and was offered an opportunity for OTC. I had never been in the club before, had never seen the girl before, and had just got back from some "quality time" in the couch dance area. I tried to subtley hint around that coitus wasn't the only thing she may be wanting to take anyway from the OTC. Needless to say, when she finally figured out the point I was trying to get across she was less than happy. So my question to you is.... how do you determine if the offer for OTC is legit, or if you are just being set up for having your wallet lightened?? And not in a good way...

I'd be a little wary of a 1st meeting OTC invite. I'd say develop some trust with this Dancer first.

I get these offers all the time from just met traveling dancers. Some of the girls you can just smell trouble on them.

Idk, but I suspect that you didn't quite understand what she was offering. I have no doubt tha she hoped to lighten your wallet, but perhaps not in the way that you thought. I am guessing that she hoped to be paid for the visit, which is commonly how these things work.

I must be lucky. I've never been burned by one of these "first time" types of offers. They've always turned out just fine.

I'm with Rick. Did you really think she was offering a free date? Or am I misreading your post?

"I'm with Rick. Did you really think she was offering a free date? Or am I misreading your post?" My take on it was his fear was she was setting him up for her thuggy boyfriend to rob him. Perhaps the OP needs to clarify.

You know something is wrong if she says to meet at any expensive shopping store

Samsung1 is right. Additionally, Detroit dancers are known for having thug boyfriends that mug or shoot customers during OTC.

"So my question to you is.... how do you determine if the offer for OTC is legit, or if you are just being set up for having your wallet lightened??" I'm confused by the question. What do you mean by legit? And being set up to have your wallet lightened? She obviously wanted money, not a date. Would she scam you? Probably if she thought she could. Would she have her boyfriend/pimp rob or shoot you? Maybe. How can you determine this? Only by trying it and reading in the next day's Detroit News about how you were shot and robbed. I would never go to a strange location with a Detroit dancer I had never met before.

Unless you've known the dancer for a while, All OTC should take place on your terms. Meaning you get the hotel room, you set the time, you dictate the activities, you agree to a price. Backpage girls and escorts can be reviewed and trusted to an extent, but dancers are not easily verified. You need to consider their reputation at the club, and length of employment. For instance, I know two dancers at H8S that have over five years experience there, each. Both have offered OTC after the first VIP session. I think they are a safe bet, but only because of spending an hour or do with them, and having seen them work before. That's my level of comfort, I guess you'll have to find yours.

"Hell, what's a bullet hole or 2?? Fun is fun" I've seen many a bullet hole & what it does inside you in the Operating Room over the last 30 years. I wouldn't recommend it! "Unless you've known the dancer for a while, All OTC should take place on your terms. Meaning you get the hotel room, you set the time, you dictate the activities, you agree to a price" Yes I believe there should be some history with your intended OTC Dancer & decent trust between you. "I would never go to a strange location with a Detroit dancer I had never met before" jackslash makes a good point too.

First of all, I did expect to pay for the OTC and wasn't expecting a free "date". I was thinking more along the line of motorheads first response. I wasn't in the mood to get robbed, but when are we ever? Plus I just had a gut feeling that I shouldn't do it. By legit offer I simply meant an actual offer for coitus and not some subterfuge that would have ended up with me being robbed.

"I did expect to pay for the OTC and wasn't expecting a free "date"." "I wasn't in the mood to get robbed, but when are we ever?" I don't get it. Most of my road OTC comes from first time meetings. It is quite common and happens to me a lot in certain parts of the country. Traveling businessmen are favorite targets for some girls looking to score quick p4p cash because they usually have good hotel rooms handy and for other reasons as well relating to discretion and safety. Now I understand if she was giving off a bad vibe, but if it was just the fact that she made the offer in a first meeting then you likely blew it. You need to let go of that paranoia and live a little - if you are bringing her back to your hotel, which was probably what she was looking for, then you have a definite location advantage and can take steps to ensure your safety. And of course she was pissed. She offered herself up, which is not the easiest thing to do in the first place, and you responded by implying that she was a thief. LOL dude.
