I hear ya, motorhead. The first and only escort I tried (well, if this whole site wasn't fiction) was doing it (pun intended) part time to supplement other work-at-home gigs. She is older, so her appeal was moreso limited to older guys like me, who (on the whole) tend not to be the maniacs that require many escorts to require references.
I have used the services of escorts frequently in the past in western Canada. I did not use review boards, I did not provide references to any girl or agency. I used an instrument called the telephone and info gleaned from classified newspaper ads (Sun chain of papers in Calgary and Edmonton, Georgia Straight in Vancouver) and my subsequent experience. We would meet in a hotel lobby or lounge to see if an agreeable deal could be made. Believe me, this is not complicated.
