It looks like I'm going to be retiring from clubbing. Either that, or I'll only go to clubs when I'm out of town, which isn't very often. :( I recently read a review of the downtown Paper Moon in Richmond that informed me of some new rules they've implemented. In the past, this club has always offered 2 types of dances. For $20 you can get a no touch dance where the girl doesn't take anything off. It's just a bikini dance, and it's not even worth the 20 bones because it's an air dance. The next option is a $60 2 for 1 in which they take their top off (still have pasties on) but they have to keep their bottoms on. Plus, this meant that you can pretty much grab as much tits and ass as you want during your dance. As over-priced as this dance is, I've paid for it multiple times, because it's pointless to pay for the $20 dance and I've always found the girls at this club to be very attractive.
Today, after reading a new review of the downtown Paper Moon, I come to find out the rules have changed. You can no longer touch titties for paying SIXTY DOLLARS for a 2 for 1. Plus, the bouncers roam around the dance room to enforce these new rules. That was the last straw. I won't stand for it any longer. It's bad enough that the lap dance prices are extremely overpriced AND the clubs here are pastie, but now you can't touch titties after paying SIXTY DOLLARS? REALLY?
I like going to clubs, but not to the extent that I want to drive 2 hours just to get to a good one. With that said, I am going to go to Fuego in Maryland which is a 2 hour drive from where I live. I have to go at least once. After that, I won't be going to clubs anymore unless I happen to be out of town for some other reason.
As of right now, I am boycotting Virginia strip clubs and I suggest you do the same.
Agreeded, VA clubs are a waste.
