Going here during day shift is a roll of the dice. It’s criminal they have so few girls there on day shift. At least guarantee a minimum of 4+ or something. It’s not worth it for me after having driven over an hour to get there.

Try to involve yourself in a topic you really enjoy. I love studying history. Or maybe try putting something together if you like working with your hands. Personally, I want to try to take courses on Khan Academy. My goal is one hour a day. I’ve so far failed miserably but have it there in the back of my mind.

To the poster above who said this site isn’t good for dating advice. I partially agree as you’ll likely get out of left field inputs. However, I disagree too because a lot of guys here probably understand or can commiserate better than non-PLs. In some way it’s easier to voice to strangers on a strip club forum than other fellow male friends in my life.

I’m glad to see that more and more posters on here are actually in my age frame (30-40) than I thought. I too think dating is garbage and too much effort for too little. Part of why I prefer the club.

The restaurant example is a false equivalency. Yea, the restaurant owners are banking off the fact that we all need to eat. Not where I draw the issue. The issue is two things: 1. There is actual materials and trainable skills expended in each unit of food produced. Most SWers just have to be not an obese female (and even then that’s questionable) to make a profit. Yes, strippers do need to be able to dance, but that’s just a small slice of the job. And simply having a vagina and photographing it is basically enough to make $ on OF. 2. There is something “more” to faking affection for someone. I know that my business with McDonald’s for food is purely transactional. And that’s fine. With a SWer the line gets blurred. Either in the PL’s head or because the SWer whispers manipulative sweet nothings to keep the cash flowing. There’s something more malicious about exploiting men’s feelings than our shared collective appetites/hunger.

I would argue in this same vein that strippers (and SWers) are not the same as other women too. Most women don’t outright commoditize their bodies for men. Most women don’t try to profit off of a man’s natural urges for sex, intimacy, and more simply, female attention and validation. To me, SWers, while they have their benefits, also prey on those natural urges and (some) exploit men for profit. That to me somewhere seems ethically questionable at the bare minimum. This is why I think if you’re going to say PLs aren’t the same as most men then it’s absolutely fair to say strippers (and other SWers) are not the same as most ordinary women.

Golden Horseshoe in WV definitely is doing this. Nights only, Wednesday through Sunday. Clubs like Lust, Paper Moon, and Crystal City though are all open day/night seven days a week. Probably because they have the customer base and resources to sustain break even or net negative business days. I have noticed though that all of these clubs are hiring mid tier to ugly girls who still expect tons of money and to be treated like queens. It’s absurd they’re charging the same or more while giving us uglier women!

This is a hornets nest of a scenario. It sounds exciting and hot for a second and then all of the what ifs kick in. I even have reservations about OTC with local dancers. Forget allowing some of these walking drama machines to stay in my home. This is similar in concept to asking a hot homeless chick to stay with you. Enticing until you realize the risks far outweigh the benefits. And yes, Icey, this can be with any woman, but the risk is more pronounced and likely in this sub category of females (strippers).

The issue with going during the half off period is you have no idea how many girls are present. I’ve driven an hour and 20 before and shown up to only 4 girls. When it’s that few and the pickings are slim then the 50% deal stops mattering.

I’m glad someone else mentioned this. I’ve been here once. Both the dancers and the manager/owner give off scammy vibes.

Also day shift has an unpredictable number of dancers present. Last time I went there were only 4. Strongly recommend calling ahead and getting an estimate of how many girls are present before driving over.

Go during the day. You can negotiate much better rates.

@Icey - I agree with you. Strip clubs really do damage for both men and women in how they view one another.

Oh also if you read that sub you’d think that no strippers ever do anything sexual or do extras. They’re all just strictly dancers.

@Idhitthat327 sure. Not disagreeing. All I’m saying is I don’t want you to get played/manipulated by a dancer thinking she’s really into you and meanwhile you’re lining her pockets. Whenever I’m in the club I maintain the mindset that 99% of the words out of a dancer’s mouth are pure BS. That and eye it as they are trying to figure out how to get most or all of your $ for the least amount of output/effort. It’s a balancing act and look at it as a business or even adversarial dynamic. Not a romantic or even pseudo romantic one. I enjoy my time at the club but I treat my interactions with dancers as though they are the hunters and my wallet is the wild game they’re after. Also advise against drinking with them. That’s a good way to loosen your guard and be exploited.

I’m surprised by some of these prices. Given it’s Colombia I can’t believe dance prices are at $100+ USD.

Yeah from the title I was assuming good things would happen with Cuban dancers on scene.
