Yeahhhh.... I have a lot of insider info about this. There's a private Facebook group everyone from the club is a part of and we're keeping up with what's going on.
DV is suing because Ypsi wouldn't let them reopen. Upsi is suing because DV did construction in the building w/o a permit.
That construction was a replacement of the pipes due to a leak in the locker room (basement). For years girls had flushed anything and everything down the toilet in the locker room. That locker room had many leaks and the repair was definitely necessary.
There's a lot more dirt, but none of it is relevant to the lawsuits.

Mongers don't understand why valet exists and is mandatory at higher end clubs.
The club is liable if you leave the establishment drunk and get into an accident. They could be sued for letting someone leave while seriously intoxicated. A lot of people hate that, but I view it as them looking out for the safety of the customer and other drivers and also their business. Valet being mandatory also prevents fights in the parking lot, prevents vehicle vandalism, and it ensures true safety of the dancers.

I'm a FC girl. The valet guys hang out in the booths on their phones. They don't go through cars. They honestly don't care about what you drive or what's in your car. One of the younger ones was flirting with me one night and told me they are not allowed to look around or touch anything in the cars. It's also typically two valet drivers per shift, so they seriously don't have the time to fuck around with cars others than parking and retrieving throughout the night. Hopefully this helps.

This review is on point. Flight Club is the only club I've ever been to that segregatea dancer and staff cara from customer vehicles. SC has a small parking lot and not all of those cars are patrons. Dancers, house mom, managers, bartender, waitress, cook(s), barback, etc.

On weeks I work at this club, I usually work on Sundays. It always starts out slow with a handful of dancers, but it gets a lot better after 10:00 p.m. or so.
