Most accents I've ever heard can be sexy or scary, depending on the speaker. Some are worse than others. It's easier to make Spanish or Portuguese sexy than it is German. In a broader sense, yes, the individual dancer is an integral part of the club experience. Not sure how you can review a club and not a dancer, unless you didn't interact with any. I'll be fair and if a girl was fun to be with, I'll put in a kind word.

Elsewhere, Ishmael had a great thread on why not to connect girls by name to specific extras. Great question, really depends if something has materially changed between visit and review. Anything pre pandemic is an automatic nix. A couple months isn't necessarily a deal breaker but it's pushing it. Dancers turn over quickly.
