I believe its Gold Palace Bar. Its right next to a Caliente Casino.

Going to the casinos in TJ are relatively safe. I recommend the Caliente Casino @ Pueblo Amigo. It's right across the Ped East Crossing. The casino is split into 3 buildings that offer slots, table games, and sport betting. Nothing better than winning some money and spending it @ HK.

Even though there ATMs outside HK to withdraw money, I wouldn't suggest it. $500 should last you a while. Going to be there for their Carnival event on the 15th of this month. The monthly events are always fun to attend.

When the anniversary event happens, it always has a different theme. One year it was superheroine/villians, another time all the girls were dressed up in chinese outfits. But I'll be there to see this year's theme.
