If I wasn't working tonight I wouldn't mind this being on in the background at my local club. No idea if they have a Netflix subscription or how commercial licensing works on their end. Few years back they stopped showing UFC fights because they were getting screwed on licensing fees.

My experience is floor dances are $40 for 1 or 3/$100. No required drinks for those. VIP is $200+/2 required drinks for 15 mins. I'm confused because you got screwed on 3/$100s but basically got half price VIP! Definitely the most dancers I've ever seen at a club, but god damn the inconsistent pricing of these tourists traps. (I'd still go back 😂)

Years ago the only way to get LDs in DC was on a party bus w/ strippers. I attended a bachelor party in one. High mileage and the craziest toy show I've seen to this day. Worst music I've ever heard at a club? Don't Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin. A solid hour of nothing but Lenny Kravitz. Early 2000s European techno with opera vocals. Maybe I'm biased because I'm a southerner, but I feel like rap creates a better club vibe and the bass lines really work for dancers. Follies was all hip hop whenever I went. Every time I'm up north they're always playing EDM remixes or some Imagine Dragons bullshit. It all depends on the dancer though. If some goth pawg is naked on all fours with some Deftones or Motley Crue on, I don't mind that one bit!

This usually isn't a problem for me because bigger clubs have multiple bartenders plus drink girls. They can't all be slow. Smaller clubs that have 1 bartender usually don't get busy enough to warrant another. The less male staff cramping my style the better.
