Things I learned from reading r/stripper

Men are terrible. All men. Especially poor men
Men owe all strippers a living
If you don't get VIP you are a cheap scum bag
Everything is extra - saying hi is an extra worth at least $100. Eye contact is an extra. Asking you for a dance is an extra on top of the dance itself.
Strip clubs should REQUIRE all men to come in, empty their wallets and leave while hanging their heads in shame for being mean.

The dynamic between men and women in a strip club breeds contempt. Turning a form of basic human contact into a financial transaction isnt normal. They see a lot of the worst in men.

The whole treating men like an ATM comes from idiots like that sprinkle sprinkle bitch, andrew tate and others

FWIW, I am not a big contriutor on that sub... I just hate the negativity..
Through all of this, I actually LIKE men... not all of them, but then I don't like all women either... that bond of "sisterhood" only goes so far....

Toxic is toxic.. no matter where it comes from.

"Strip clubs should REQUIRE all men to come in, empty their wallets and leave while hanging their heads in shame for being mean."

while the owner or corp that owns that club, really cares about liquor sales.......
Go into the bar and spent $1000 on drinks, your a VIP. Regardless of tipping or dances bought.

Oh also if you read that sub you’d think that no strippers ever do anything sexual or do extras. They’re all just strictly dancers.

@Icey - I agree with you. Strip clubs really do damage for both men and women in how they view one another.

“Strip clubs really do damage for both men and women in how they view one another”

I don’t disagree with you. But that’s exactly why the radicalized, progressive feminists will be the first ones to try and shut down strip clubs - not the Republicans as the fear-mongering leftists on TUSCL are lying about.

Strip clubs do nothing to men and/or women. Spare us the progressive weakness, whining and blaming of others. Men and women live a large percentage of their lives before they set foot in a club and have already formed the beliefs and opinions that make clubs a reality. Stop fucking blaming other people for the faults that lie within.

All I know is trashy Florida girls who are down to party don't waste their time reading Reddit 😂

These are probably baby strippers and chicks watching StripTok who have never danced a day in their lives but still fantasize about the lifestyle.

It’s probably followers of that stupid Christina girl from Chicago with the YT videos. Low mileage pretentious.

Ok. I'm curious. Who is "Christina" and what is strip tok.

To my knowledge I've never encountered any of the girls on that sub. Most seem genuinely nice provided I understand the boundaries and that it is, in fact, all just a fantasy n

Men have always seen women as objects Women have always seen men as wallets. It's basic human instinct. The goal of males is to breed with as many women as possible. The goal of females is to breed with the most dominate male as possible. In today's society the most dominate isn't the strongest like in nature but the one with the biggest wallet.

Skinnywhiteboy Thats not true. Youre trying to naturalize prostitution. If it were natural youd be bragging about it. Not hiding on an anonymous forum

@ Motorhead, I think it's largely because a large percentage of Republican voting base is men. Also, the business side can digest it as "free market economy" as long as the basic rules against prostitution are followed. They care about money more than they do religion. Even as a liberal I have noticed this.

The Liberals are more idealistic. They want purity of thought more than practicality, so anything that hurts men is "win" for them.

StripTok... for those of you who don't know... is a bunch of girls (and a couple of guys) who glamorize the whole idea of stripping... with tips and tricks that are - for the most part - just dishonest, absurb and set unrealistic expectations.

"I made $100K a year only doing bikini dances"
or
"Ooops! ANOTHER $5000 night!"

They present the job in a light that is totally biased and unrealistic.... and I actually know people who work with a couple of them (the one in NYC, I can'te remember her name) who absolutely HATE them...

When faced with the hard reality of what stripping is ACTUALLY like, they freak out... get depressed... write on r/stripper....

I thought this post from r/stripper was pretty interesting
https://www.reddit.com/r/stripper/s/377r…

I’ve considered the younger males as an underrated group before. I do think there is something to less dating=more loneliness=more prone to dealing with said loneliness at the club. And reading the stats about divergent political views between guys vs gals probably contributes.

I’m not sure whether the recent election will make worse what was already happening there though.

Considering the number of dancers I run into who are perfectly willing to suck and fuck for $350 in the vip, I have to wonder how much of the r/stripper tone as described is wishful thinking or just workers blowing off steam about their jobs? Maybe the girls who do nightly extras are actually pissed about it and turn right around to man hating on Reddit.

I can see where, in the shock of the moment, many women would take down their dating profile. But only the ones who tend to be batshit spazes (that a guy would have to be fairly self-hating to even casually date) are going to keep it down. There are millions of men who voted for Harris. The manosphere guys were like that long before the election.

https://www.cnn.com/election/2024/exit-p…

If these exit polls are reasonably accurate, men voting for Trump correlates with being married, older, and lower income. So, there are relatively few single guys in their 20s who voted for Trump. And they're more likely to demand to LDK fo $27.95 for budgetary reasons. I'm not seeing the prospects for a new golden age of stripping in that.

Interesting article posted by Spice, but I found it absolutely hysterical that posters believe Trump's election means more violence towards women. I have practiced family law for 42 years and despite the media campaigns, new laws and talking heads, violence against women has increased, not decreased. The reason? The government admits to almost 50 million legal and illegal immigrants coming in since 1990. That means its probably 75 million. About 90% come from cultures that view women as sesser beings and/or possessions. The increase in violence against womne is 100% on progressives, whio also supported the rape and murder of Israeli women, because they were raped by palestinians, not white chrostians, which makes it a blessed event to a progressive.

Things I learned from reading this thread.

I've been to r/stripper 1 time for a quick look when someone mentioned it here a few years ago.
Had zero interest then and what i learned today is my choice not to go back is validated.

Come to think of it, I hate my clients most of the time too. Or if not, I don’t mind venting and complaining about them from time to time. Good thing there’s not a Reddit forum for me to bitch to.
I don’t follow the stripper reddits, but if I did I wouldn’t read too much into it.

The r/stripper posters are either pimped out scamming airdancers, or i also wonder if they may be jealous pimp boyfriends like icey, pretending to be dancers so they can push their own agendas. They even hold discussions where they brag about scamming clients.

Since the sex industry is illegal, I would say anywhere from 30-60% of dancers and escorts are thieves. Every club will have some scammers present- and many of them probably post on r/stripper.

Going to interesting to see what happens in NC re: sexual assault v. women, as in 2 weeks they will make solicitation a felony, plus with no PH (xvideos and other crappier sites I think do work still), there's going to be a lot of pent up blue balls without an outlet.

Disagree with you skibum, sorry. I will be surprised if there isn't an uptick in sex assault.
