A Tasty Rant In Praise Of Plain/Male Bartenders

I'd live this way again
Day shift is geared around lap dances at least in my area. I think everyone in the club should be gearing the club to allow the PLs to get dances and VIPs easily and quickly. That is the draw.

There is one dayshift in my area that actually has some hookah type/bottle girl types on day shift. There’s another club I got to work a slow but fine day shift bartender. But both the hookah chicks and the fine bartender are slow. They wouldn’t be in that spot if they weren’t cute.

I’d get the eye candy arfument if this wasn’t a fucking strip club! I already have a good looking women on my dick here folks. Why do I care about the fact the bartender looks good in a miniskirt when she can’t move fast enough in or for me to get my drink and get to my section, so this other chick that looks good in a mini skirt can let me under that skirt.

Also many dancers work in volume. So the more time she has to blab with me at the bar before dancers about the weather because you take 35 minutes to make a shot the harder it is to grind me up and get on to the next trick.

My fav club has a fat bartender who does a way better job than the cute ones. She seems to get the point here. You think I give a shit about sparklers! I don’t! I just want to get a sip and get down to business.

A fair number of strippers start out as wait staff. It takes them a while to take the leap to stripping. Some customers, often the white collar guys, have a strong preference for that "reluctant stripper" type.

This usually isn't a problem for me because bigger clubs have multiple bartenders plus drink girls. They can't all be slow. Smaller clubs that have 1 bartender usually don't get busy enough to warrant another. The less male staff cramping my style the better.

A lot of them go the other way. Got too old and or fat to make money dancing so they have turned to bar tending, waitressing, Massage girls and other staff.

Yeah - As in all walks of life, looks is only the opener. Without performance to back it up, there's little to recommend it. So, the goal is to get both. And to that end, I offer the Oz bartenders - unmatched in my SC experience.

@PAWG I usually just try to stick to the fast ones if I can at small clubs but then they get swarmed for being the only good one. I also entertain the cute slow ones if I want to/have fucked the cute one before so I’m part of the issue.

@shadowcat I’ve mostly seen old dancers as massage chicks.

I agree. I’m not here to make small talk with a chick who isn’t dumping them out. Just give me the alcohol so I can make poor financial decisions.

@Rod8432 The drink girls who walk around are all smokin, but the two at the bar are far from eye candy.

At OZ, the hot busty blond goes by Jersey (I won't give you her real name) and she used to dance back in the day. One of the absolute coolest girls on the planet.

There is also a very cute brunette with a terrific ass that goes by Jessie, she actually still dances on occasion. Also an amazing young lady, but I know she really doesn't like full contact dances and extras are out of the question.

For the record I’m not knocking female bartenders. I’m saying strip clubs hiring bad bartenders because they are pretty makes no sense.

I can see why they hire cute but bad bartenders. Everyone at some point gets bored with the dancers, so they next turn to the bartenders and wait staff. And if it's male staff, I am liable to just leave, but if it's female staff, I am liable to talk. It works out that way whether it's a strip club or regular bar and looks don't much matter. However, in the strip club, who wants to see ugly girls?

Problem is most of the club managers don't pay attention to the bartenders male or female, who spend too much time at one end of the bar or another, chatting up one particular customer, to the annoyance of all of the other customers, the floor supervisors need to keep an eye on the bar as well and be aware if the bar server isn't keeping track of the bar or section of the bar to which they are supposed to cover.

Most people will not stick with a wait staff job if they are not getting at least decent tips. So the real problem is probably PLs who are giving big tips if she's hot even if she's slow af.

Strip club bartenders are usually scum. Theyll iver charge, short change, whatever for that extra few bucks. Lots are junkies but always end up dating someone at the club.

Female bartenders think their looks mean they dont have to be good at their job

@DandyDan I get this as a counter point, but in a strip club the only thing I notice about the bar is quickness and accuracy. For me its the dancers job to be cute.

@25 Club management in my area is terrible so that might explain alot

@ilbbaincnl I want to bang a hot bartender at my fav club so I tip her and shit. I also want to maintain my own personal rep as a decent PL.

@IWant I have no horse in this race, as I am fine with not getting any drinks in the club. I would guess the tickets you're buying in the bang the bartender lottery have better odds than Powerball tickets, but not much. And of course, being hot is no reason NOT to tip wait staff adequately.

This thread reminds me of once when I was in a (non strip club) bar with a gay friend. The bartender was a hot woman. My friend was mock bitching that she waited on me before him. I said, well, when a woman's neckline is that low, she may not want you staring at her boobs, but she may want to catch you stealing a few glances.
