Thanks for the intel. I usually get the quote of 200 + 60. One of my favs quoted 250 for OTC. To be honest I never thought of countering since 200 seems fair to me given the talent of course but I love a bargain lol

Appreciate the review. I gotta give it to Vivide they are pretty consistent given the recent changes of the SC scene in Atlanta. You know what you are getting before you get to the door. Went to Wax last weekend and was like WTF. No alcohol. No VIP. No Bueno. It will be interesting to see how the club deals with parking once the apartments go up.

I think everyone who visits Vivide knows the deal and what is going on so I think your secret is safe with your fellow mongers lol. But to your point Vivide is more of an open session because of the lighting and club layout. Good news is that no one cares and the Cubans have a good way of making your forget about that lol

First off. It is injury if there will ever be an equivalent to Follies in the Atlanta metro area. Those were the days lol. The closet thing at the moment is Vivide day shift. They claim to be Dayshuft Follies and is pretty decent during day shift. I got a chuckle when I went there last week and the GPS even said Follies Day Shift at Club Vivide.

Sorry about that. It was a typo. I was asked to pay 60 all in for the room by Daniella. I got my fees confused. A dancer at Club Wax which I visited later that week tried to get me for 40 for VIP instead of 30 during day shift lol.

I went to Vivide a couple of times over the last week around this time and my experience was different. First of all by this time of day the club was packed. It is usually about 30 dancers at at least the same number of customers. All of the dancers usually quote me 10 dollar a song Regardless of English level. Doesn’t add up.

I agree with Garfield on this one. There are better options in the Atlanta area in my opinion. Based upon my experiences here this clubs seems to be low mileage with occasional robs mixed in just to change things up. On more than one occasion a dancer try to either up charge me on the dance count and threaten me with a bouncer. When I said do you want me to get him for you they piped down. The DJ also cuts the songs two damn fast in my opinion as well. I have to say Vivide is a solid lock on day shift, Blaze day shift is ok, and Wax when I am tricking on a budget lol

Ironically I rolled by Wax yesterday afternoon and the same thing happened to me while so was sitting at the high top at the back bar. A tall skinny dancer sat next to me and started to blaze one up. They seem to be pretty lax with the weed in the club but then again, this is an extras club. What they lack in beauty they make up in effort lol.

You just have to be upfront and set expectations up straight. I had my go to girls in the past but I was no way obligated to only be exclusive with one in the strip club. I tell them up front I am here to see titties and ass not just your titties and ass. If I build a vibe with one stripper it does not mean I am locked down to only one. It is all part of the game but you have to be firm with them or you will be walked on. Never feel like you obligated to a girl in the club. Also, all she is thinking about is the money you are spending on another that should go to her. Stick to your guns and you will be ok. Be a man about it and it can work to your advantage. The main girl should be giving you intel in the other girls so you are now way obligated. I had a main girl in some clubs here in Atlanta and when she want at the club I would test her and she would tell me who is down like we were. Hell when we all were together at the club we all were rolling in VIP and they both got done lol

I agree. This shit is ridiculous and a pain the ass. They don’t even try to care. What is really messed up is that low end fast food jobs job pay more due to the great resignation which is rolled over to the customer. We effectively are paying more for crappy ass service. Most of the time they don’t even care about their appearance or attitude. I went to a BK last night and I was like damn these brothas look rough and they what I call the Atlanta fast talk mumble through the crappy drive through speaker. It took me 5 times to explain my order and they still messed it up. I get to the window and the staff looked like they should be robbing the place instead of working it. No napkins, no straws, no have a nice day and they gave me a messed up order lol

Hey man. I live in Atlanta. Limited strip club options within the city limits but the clubs that tend to be open on Sundays are somewhat limited to the Fulton Industrial side of town. If you are looking for black clubs you have Club Wax and Ace of Clubs. Outside of the City you have Pin Ups, Strokers, and King of Diamonds in Forrest Park.
Papi is spot on about visiting an Atlanta strip club at night. They will rape you for parking and entry free pretty good before seeing one nipple. The clubs also tend to have a more party atmosphere and the dancers get pretty lazy imo. Most just barely dance and wait for someone to make it rain on them to cause a scene. If you have time I would try to hit up a club in the city late afternoon early evening at the latest but the quality may be limited. The prettier and lazier dancers tend to wait for night shift. Easier money for them.

80 dollars down before you even get to see a nipple I does appear steep but this is what happens when you visit an Atlanta strip club on a weekend night. The mileage is also going to suck cause Atlanta strip clubs tend to be more like regular clubs during this time. This is why I rarely go to a black Atlanta strip club at night. Plus my ass is gettting old lol

Been in Atlanta for almost 20 years and it sad to see that the good old fun Atlanta is going down the drain slowly like an oversized turd in a low flush toilet. They keep pushing more family friendly initiative projects like the Beltline to bring higher incomes into the city and out of the Suburbs where they fled to a long time ago. A lot of major companies are relocating here due to corporate welfare and the city want to keep their disposable income within city limits. It also doesn’t help that the crime at clubs and nightclubs is off the chain. Look at the local news and you would swear Atlanta is like old Beirut of the past lol. Crime has been so bad Buckhead wants to leave Atlanta and become a new city so the response is to cut down on adult entertainment and switch to more family friendly stuff. Okay. Off my soapbox now.

Techman - The VIP area is located in the front of the club in the curtain areas when you first walk in. Extras are easily available in this club if you get the right girl. I never heard of the two dance minimum.

Wow. Some of these comments have been enlightening on so many different levels. As a frequent traveler to strip clubs in Atlanta I have seen so much ratchet behavior I have almost turned a blind eye to it. Well actually my eye is focusing on the booties lol
But seriously I think the issue with the treatment of black female strippers is unfortunately in sync with how black women are treated in general by society. We admire their curves and beauty but don’t consider them as individuals. Society is also very stereotypical of their physiques. I have seen some nice thick woman not even dressed provocatively treated like an object by both men and women. Unfortunately when you combine this aspect of society in a sexually charged environment you are going to get the inevitable product vs employee treatment of black women especially where most black strip clubs are not even owned by black people.

Always total out a tip receipt to prevent any bs you may encounter down the road. I ran into an issue one time at a restaurant where the waitress tried to give herself a 50 dollar tip on my behalf right here in Atlanta.
AtlLuker is spot on about the smoke damage your clothes will get at this spot. You will come out smelling like a box of Newports after being in there for only 15 minutes. Don’t know how the dancers deal with it myself.

I am not a fan of the long nails. Besides being impractical where you can’t everyday things in a practical way there are also some sanitary concerns. I actually had a conversation with a stripper about this in the past and she gave me the following aha moments based upon her observations in the club she worked at.
1. The nails trap dirt more than regular nails and it is hard to keep them clean.
2. You can cut a mofo by mistake especially in a dark club and a dancer had a couple of drinks and their depth perception is off.
2. It is difficult to wipe your ass thoroughly with them on!
After number three I was like well that is everything I need to know lol
