Great, and I take it that this is not the Follies building. Is that going to be a new strip club?

I hope they fix their messed-up parking-lot - this club was pretty-run-down in a seemingly rundown area and the parking lot was pretty-bad - hopefully it won't be a make-it-rain club but I'm not holding my breath (I hope the name of the club is not an indication of the type of club they are going for)
