Elite is a well-known "clip joint." The sum total of their business model is, rip off the gringo. Prostitution is legal in Costa Rica, and there are many options for the single male traveler to find companionship at reasonable prices in relative safety. My recommendation is, avoid this club.

Accurate regarding contact, thanks to lame DC city ordinance. Dancer drinks are the same price as PL drinks, but don't be surprised if the dancer orders top shelf liquor!

Good summary. I had a similar experience last Friday afternoon. Management has an excellent attitude, and the facility is first-rate, but they need more dancers to bump up the energy.

Trixxi, thanks for posting the article. Well-written and insightful. One of the main reasons I'm a SC hound is that I find many dancers to be intriguing, interesting people who live by their own set of rules. Hope you'll continue to express your opinions and thoughts.
