Club Elite is the most expensive club in the country (of the strip variety or any other kind), and they take pride on providing a glizty "vegas-style" experience, complete with the requisite identical hairstyle and boob job for every dancer it seems. To a degree, this succeeds on keeping an establishment comfortable for most tourists - at least until the bill comes up.

If you're looking for adult entertainment and have been creeped out by an earlier visit to the infamous "gringo gulch", Elite might very well be what you're looking for. Might also be a decision you regret from your trip if you are not careful.

Just be aware they will see you as a walking foreign money bag in this establishment, and they seem to be more than happy to try to intimidate you into expensive scams, to complete the " Vegas" experience. They know most of their clients are transitory tourists, will leave after a few days, and most have never been in a club which offers what they offer (since such things are legal in San Jose, this is an "openly with extras" club); they have no concerns about customer satisfaction if they can get a quick buck.
