Some interesting recent developments w.r.t. EVs: 1) Shell has developed a technology which allows streetlamp-posts to be modified into EV-chargers for those that utilize street-parking – apparently it has already been deployed in parts of Europe although IDK much about-it but if it works seems like it would be helpful for those that don’t have access to at-home-charging: https://archive.autofutures.tv/2021/10/15/shells-ubitricity-launches-ev-lamp-post-charging-service-for-the-german-market/ 2) KInda hard to believe – but I had been hearing that the Tesla Model-Y had become the best-selling car in Europe so far in 2023 – not the best selling EV; best selling car EV or ICE – and that in the U.S. the Model-Y was the 4th-best-selling car (EV or ICE) and predicted to also become #1 (ICE or EV) by end of 2023: https://www.carscoops.com/2023/04/tesla-model-y-was-europes-best-selling-car-in-q1-2023/ https://www.caranddriver.com/news/g43553191/bestselling-cars-2023/

I’ve also heard that cold-weather affects battery -performance – seems like Tesla has been working on this by providing “battery preconditioning” where the battery can be sorta “auto-warmed” as needed/required for performance/charging – e.g. if one puts a Supercharger-destination into Tesla’s trip-planner, it knows to start pre-conditioning the battery on the way there as needed for optimal charging. Also seems the Chinese may currently be at or near the top of the food-chain w.r.t. battery design/manufacturing/research – seems the Chinese gov is heavily investing/subsidizing EV/battery development – I think I also heard the Chinese gov will outlaw ICE-cars sooner than later which would likely more-accelerate the EV/battery space: https://electrek.co/2023/04/01/ice-car-values-plummet-in-china-and-it-is-the-canary-in-the-coal-mine/

Given the highly software-based/digital nature of EVs; it’s often in the back of my mind if these highly electronic/digitized cars will more-or-less follow “Moore’s Law of Semiconductors”: “... In 1965, Gordon Moore, one of Intel's co-founders, observed that the number of transistors on a microchip was increasing rapidly, exponentially increasing the computing power while decreasing the cost of the chip ...” i.e. similar to Moore’s Law – as EV design and manufacturing becomes more advanced; it may have the “Moore's Law effect” of making them cheaper as it has for a lot of electronics over time?

As I posted in the OP; currently the biggest EV-obstacle for me is not being able to charge at home – related to this I’ve also heard if one constantly supercharges that that-would more-degrade the battery over time. Seems the cheaper Tesla-models are now coming-equipped w/ the newer LFP-batteries which behave slightly different than the conventional lithium-batteries: + conventional lithium batteries are recommended to be charged to 80% while LFP batteries seems recommended to be charged to 100% + seems it’s recommended LFP batteries should be plugged-in everday, which would be problematic if one does not have home-charging I’m not an expert in the EV-space thus not sure how accurate m comments are but kinda what I’ve hard mentioned. I would also be in the camp that if I switched to an EV, that would be the only-car available to me which is kinda a further obstacle for me personally.

Sure, I'll be right over.
To be fair – the dancer “I’ll be right over” line is pretty-much the equivalent of the custy “maybe later” line that many custies use when turning-down a dance-request from a dancer they are not really interested in.

I’ve never been around that area thus no firsthand knowledge – but being pretty-active on TUSCL I become aware of clubs around the country: w.r.t. Denver – per reviews my observations are that it’s a low-ROI-area (high-prices/low-mileage) – but recently it seems there’s one Denver club where mileage has gone-up significantly (for Denver standards) – that club is Players Club – apparently Players has subsumed to the Cuban-invasion and FOTB-Cubanas whom have brought w/ them the patented-Cubana-mileage – for many custies not used to dealing w/ the Cubanas, the club has turned for the worse; for other custies they like the higher-mileage now available – so basically if one is ok w/ the typical Cubana-dancers (pros and cons); then this may be an option – for those that don’t enjoy the Cubana-paradigm, or are not used to it, it may not be the club for them (club itself is described as kinda small and kinda dive-ish; the Cubanas tend to be aggressive (can be good or bad) and most speak little to no English; dances are $40) – u should do ur own personal-research via TUSCL reviews: https://app.tuscl.net/listing/3341 w.r.t. Chi-Town – pre-Covid, club PoleKatz seemed pretty-popular – post-Covid not as many reviews of it so IDK if the club is worse/better/same: https://app.tuscl.net/listing/3737 Club 390 in Chi-Town also seems to get a fair # of reviews and seems decent “for the area”: https://app.tuscl.net/listing/1932 Again – I can’t personally can’t vouch for these clubs nor would they be considered “destination clubs”; just that they seem to get a fair # of reviews.

VIP with two or more dancers at the same time
In the past when this question has been asked; a typical TUSCLer response has been “hey I only have one dick”. Having said this; I’ve only tried double-dances and it wasn’t worth it – kinda hard/awkward to be able to equally enjoy both dancers simultaneously – what I *have* done several-times in the past is get back-to-back dances where I’ll get a dance w/ a dancer while the other sits next to us, then as soon as the song ends the girls switch; depending on the song-price and dance-quality I’ve done a set of 4 to 6 dances in a row (2 or 3 with each), on rare-occasion more songs – I once did this round-robin-method in a black-club w/ a set or 4 different ebonies. That I can recall I’ve never done double-VIP – for one I’m not a big-extras-guy although I did extras from time-to-time when I was SCing – but what has probably been the biggest reason is probably the much-higher expense/investment – I’m also not that big on the ”girl on girl thing”; it’s not a turn-off but not something I necessarily crave. It's also often the case, though not always, that one of the dancers is not at the same-level of performance/expertise as the other one. As others have said; if it's something that intrigues a PL, then experience it and see if it's-for-you/worth-it or not.

Sure, I'll be right over.
Being a variety-PL means I rarely sweat any one particular-dancer – and being a longtime-SCer means I long-ago learned/accepted that “I’ll be right over” is a crapshoot at best. I’m also not a big VIP/extras guy (I usually get extras more-so “in the heat of the moment” while getting some VHM-dances vs going into the club w/ extras as my main/only mission; although every now and then I may go to the club w/ extras as my main-mission). With extras one is usually looking for a particular-dancer given the high-inve$tment – thus if I was a heavy-extras-guy then I’d probably more sweat being blown-off (in the not good-way). If I get the “I’ll be right back” line then my M.O. is to get dances w/ whomever comes by next that I would also like to get dances with – if the original girl comes back at some point and I’m not tapped-out yet (money and desire wise) then I’ll usually get w/ her then if I’m free. w.r.t. a dancer saying I’ll be right back when she doesn’t mean it; I assume it’s perhaps b/c: a) most women “generally” don’t like saying “no” – women rather lie over rejecting someone or hurting someone’s feelings; it’s as if it’s kinda their natural subconscious response – sorta like when a civvy-girl gets hit on by a guy she’s not interested in and she’ll lie and say something like “I have a BF” etc vs telling the dude she’s not interested (not saying this universally applies to all women but seems it does to many) b) dancers may not like saying “no” b/c they don’t wanna burn any bridge$ – that PL may come-in-handy when she’s not making $$$ on a future day (or even later in the visit); she may wanna keep him in her back-pocket sorta-speak – or perhaps unbeknownst to her she could someway later find out the PL may be loaded and she would not wanna risk being-black-balled in the future

Looking for details on VIP at this place
I think extras may be a little more-easy to come-by at club Treasures – AFAIK they have a 2nd-floor VIP-area that is just for VIP (i.e. no one can go up there unless they are doing VIP so there is more privacy) – IDK what the current-going-rates are but traditionally this club had a rep for aggressive ROB-dancers but this was mostly back-in-the-day and not as bad-now but still one can’t go in there unprepared; i.e. one needs to do their PL-homework (read-reviews; etc) b/f going for the full-monty. [traditionally Treasures has been a bit more expensive than a club like Chicas; but not necessarily 2x-more-expensive if one knows what they are doing]

Looking for details on VIP at this place
I hit this club from out-of-town back in 2019 – I also lived and SCed in Dallas in the 2000s; and I tend to keep-up w/ the Dallas/Houston (and to a certain extent Austin) reviews. My overall takeaway w.r.t. TX clubs is that *private* VIP rooms are not as common in TX-clubs compared to other-cities like Miami, Detroit; etc. – some TX-clubs do have private VIP-rooms (e.g. Baby Dolls Dallas); etc; but they operate a bit-differently in that one usually gets the room for the entire visit (vs a 30 or 60 minute rental) and can be pretty-expensive (e.g. AFAIK Baby Dolls Dallas is something like a $650 house-fee *just* for the room not counting payment to the dancer). Per keeping-up w/ the reviews; seems to me the more-common type of extras in these clubs are HJs (handjobs) which can be done a bit more discretely – I would not doubt that some of the more “risqué” dancers will somewhat discretely fuck/ride you during your lap-dance while making it look like they are just giving you a grinding-dance; but to the best of my knowledge I don’t think that is a common-practice per se. IMO in clubs like Chicas Locas (CL) extras are not nearly as common as in clubs w/ fully-private rooms in cities like Miami/Detroit/etc – in a club like CL I’d say one’s best-bet would be to become a regular to where the dancers get to know you, and you get to know the dancers (and get to know which dancers are more “risqué”) – i.e. get more familiarized w/ the M.O. of the club and what one can get away w/ and not-get-away with. And part of becoming familiarized w/ the M.O. of a club is knowing what to pay w/o having to ask the dancers for a price – if one has to depend on asking dancers for a price, often times one ends up overpaying often by a lot – a club like CL has a lot of dancer competition – so if a dancer is down w/ extras, IME w/ these type of clubs it doesn’t take an exorbitant premium; and this is where knowing what to pay helps – i.e. I try to get familiarized w/ clubs (usually via TUSCL reviews) so I know what going-rates might be – then when it comes time to negotiate I don’t ask a dancer for a price, I state what I think would be a fair-offer (and I may end-up going a bit-above that but not much) – i.e. I’d tell/offer her somewhere b/w $200 and $250 and IME if the girl is down for extras she would usually accept – and I also make sure that is all-in; not that BS of $200 or $250 plus price of dances b/c it then gets expensive. In summary – I’m not intimately familiar w/ this club but I have clubbed-here and similar clubs; and IME extras in clubs like CL require a bit more “finesse” and familiarity w/ the club vs clubs w/ private-rooms where extras are common.

^ w.r.t. the $5-dances; these were only in the small-black-clubs - it was 2-way-contact, usually full-nude (some girls would only get topless but would go full-nude if one asked them to) - dances were bar/table-side, but there were (spartan) private VIP rooms with a $25-house-fee back in the day (over the last couple of years they increased the VIP room house-fee to b/w $35 and $50 depending on the club) - in the past $100 to $120 would suffice as dancer-payment/tip although not every dancer was down for extras (actually lesser-amount of dancers were down for extras than the Cubanas in the mixed-clubs).

Present situation of Black clubs in miami
w.r.t. Cheetah and Playmates; those are mixed-clubs w/ mostly Latinas (mainly Cubanas) and very-few if any ebony-dancers. When I was clubbing; Cheetah Hallandale was kinda the only mixed-club that was in my clubbing-rotation – Cheetah is one of few SoFlo clubs that doesn’t have private-rooms (city ordinance) thus IMO the dance-mileage was better than most other mixed-clubs b/c girls couldn’t upsell you to VIP-rooms thus they tended to ”turn up the heat” during the dances to keep you spending) – w.r.t. Cheetah Hallandale; $10 floor-dances are fairly-common – lap-dances are $25 in a communal-couch-area kinda out of view of the main-room (when I visited Cheetah I’d tended to stick to the $25-lap-dances b/c I felt I got better-mileage than w/ the floor-dances) – I didn’t run into girls overcharnging much at Cheetah but IMO still kosher to verify dance-price upfront since there are always ROB-outliers. I found Cheetah a pretty-good-place to hang (comfortable fairly spacious club and fairly well-ran – although I haven’t visited since it was sold to RCI which is the same folks that own Tootsies) – Cheetah Hallandale can get a bit too-crowded at night so my M.O. for night-visits was to get there b/f 10pm b/f it got too-busy past midnight). w.r.t. Playmates – it’s a bit on the small-side – when I was clubbing-regularly it wasn’t part of my rotation but I’d visit once in a while – to me this club was at its peak in the mid-2010s and in my limited experience kinda declined a bit starting around 2017 or 2018 – IDK currently; but traditionally Playmates didn’t have too-strong a dayshift – like Cheetah; Playmates is a mixed-club w/ mostly Latinas (mainly Cubanas) and not much if any chocolate – lap-dances are $25 (unless it’s changed), in a communal-dance-area out-of-view of the main-room – IME floor-dances were not really a thing when I visited – coincidentally; similar to Cheetah Hallandale; Playmates is now also part of the RCI club-chain.

clubbing on a budget!!!$!!!
Present situation of Black clubs in miami
I haven’t clubbed in 18-months so not-sure what the current-state is given those clubs typically don’t get reviewed much – but I would “assume” things haven’t changed much since traditionally those clubs have maintained their M.O. over-the-years. I think you will have to do a recon yourself and access the situation and bail for one of the other clubs if things are not to your liking – problem is sometimes one leaves a club “for greener pastures” and ends up in a worse club; but there isn’t a perfect-science w.r.t. SCing. When I was hitting the MIA small-black-dives, part of my M.O. was: + if I was planning to check-out Mint; I’d hit that one first since Mint is the smallest club and has the biggest-issue w/ parking + I’d typically didn’t hit Body Club (BC) b/f 4pm since it tended to be kinda slow dancer-wise in the early-afternoon + if I was planning to hit Climaxxx I’d usually leave that one for last since it was slightly bigger than the other two and slightly-better parking-situation When I was clubbing the most pre-Covid; BC was at the top of my rotation followed by Mint. w.r.t. the $5-dances – hard to know if that still applies given how expensive everything has gotten (i.e. inflation) – up to the Fall of 2021 I was still paying $5 but it was a little-harder – my M.O. was to “confirm” the dance-price upfront w/ each dancer vs “asking” for the prices – i.e. prior to agreeing to dances I’d *say* “$5/dance right” vs asking “how much are dances” – it’s been a while since I’ve seen some reviews for those clubs so I’m not sure if the dance-price has “officially changed” per the club – IMO it’d be a good-idea to ask the doorman or a staff-person when you get there; i.e. “dances still 5?” – not foolproof the doorman or staff-person knows or will want to tell you but decent-chance they’ll give the correct-info. [when I was SCing; my M.O. was to agree to $5/dance upfront then tip-extra at the end based on dance-quality – one also needs to be aware of song lengths and song-count – depending on the DJ and time of day, sometimes they cut the songs very-short or mix them together to where it’s hard to keep count – some dancers also take advantage of the song-mixing to overcount dances assuming the custy is not paying attention]
