Seriously, that is a tough one. Especially with the non-international requirement.
The only one I can think of being a decent club (especially right now in golf season) with lots of eye candy, hotels / food walkable, good weather, would be Thee Dollhouse in Myrtle Beach. A little place called Pearls is a couple blocks away. That would be just two clubs tho...

Well Done Doc..... never P4P for me but, in my civie life I dated a hot redheaded local model who was 42 when I was 24ish.... she would take me to her "fashion shows" and literally introduce me as her boy toy.
Later, when I was late thirties I dated a 21 year blond bombshell who packed a set of DD's and loved showing them off. Interesting being on both sides of that coin.

Most likely still working off their Friday night alcohol-cocaine hangovers; I have had the same Sat/Sun afternoon sports experience at BT's. Took a smoking hot latina VIP during an NFL game once thought she was going to doze off.... on me.... literally.

Nothing special this year... Been to the parades in Chicago, Savannah, Cleveland and Pittsburgh and they all have been a great time. Have a casino trip planned this weekend so just not motivated this year.

Close to where you are staying... Scarlett's and Gold Club are your best bets.
Assuming you have transportation; Diamond Dolls and Oz over in Clearwater.
Personal favorite with all nude and alcohol; Bare Assets in Pasco county; a drive but, worth it
