I have literally made that comment to a girl in Tattletale's. A girl agreed to a VIP for more than the minimum money. But, she "would be back in a couple of minutes." Well, a couple of minutes turned into about 50 minutes. During this time I fended off other dancers. "My" girl went to the locker room twice, had a drink with a customer across the bar, chatted with other dancers and finally returned to me. I really had run out of time and had to be somewhere. My experience is 50-70% of the girls do extras. Many charge more ($100+$300 is typical), but some of the most reliable are $100+$200 for everything. A few have GPS and quote crazy rates. Of those that do not do extras, several will go the ROB route and strongly imply or outright tell you they do and then not provide.
