It's stronger to be part of a team than to stand alone. But building a team takes patience and dedication. You also have to listen to others and incorporate their ideas

I asked that question last week and the dancer -- one of the more mature dancers at 42 years of age -- said she no longer goes out after they close. However last year or the year before when I asked a different dancer, she talked about a place out on 63rd St, while another dancer alluded to a biker clubhouse on Lancaster south of Girard. Also, some women have said that on weekend nights they go over to The Pic .

I think I know the chubby little girl you are describing. I went to LaP on Memorial Day. Big mistake -- only 5 girls showed up, but one of them was this chubby little thing. She walked up to a heavy-set brother who was sitting in the last chair at the bar, turned around, dropped her one-piece mesh costume to her knees, and then bent over in his lap. Later she seemed to pull the back of her dark green G-string down while she was firmly planted in his lap. (I assume the front triangle was intended to obscure what they were doing, but he was thrusting forward pretty frequently.) Later -- after 7 pm -- she was upstairs on the stage, rolling around on her back while her bodysuit and G-string were pulled to the side exposing all her poorly shaved attributes. Not the prettiest girl in the building on this slow night, but she knew what she needed to do to draw attention to herself.

Damn.......
I was delayed in my arrival about a month ago and did not get to LaPearl (downstairs) until about 7:20 and the guy behind the bar said, "Do you REALLY want to pay $10 for just a few minutes? We will be closing soon." I replied, "And upstairs too?" to which he said, "Yes it's a weeknight so they don't stay open much longer." I think OSC (upstairs) is open until about 11 on Fridays and maybe Saturdays, but yes this is a late afternoon place (the first two dancers start about 4:30, and others arrive by 6:00 pm. Then the women start leaving about 7:30 if the customer base is small. On Sunday afternoons there are more dancers on duty by 4:15. Good review. Thanks for your completeness.

CORRECTIONS: I meant to say her knees were near her ears. Got the picture? The second girl spent more time laying on her side rather than on her back, but she was "pretty gynecological too". However, no one came up and offered to probe her holes. "Now please cough!" And I know "traditional religious ceremonies" are not held at the Pearl, but the balloons were blue and white -- not red and green.

I remember Bunny who used to make the rounds of the clubs in central Suffolk. One time in the mid-1980s, at a pre-Christmas party on a Thursday night at the Flemish Lion in Ridge, she invited everybody in the room to come up and grab a one-inch thick candy cane and put it in a special spot for a buck. Then when you went to tip her she would say, "Just your finger, not the bill."

Lost Guy
Years ago -- like in the early 1980s -- I went to an almost private club on NY route 112 just south of the Long Island ExpresswayI on Halloween. It was early and there were only three dancers in the building. (the place was notorious for having larger crowds later in the evening, and it was one of the few places still on Long Island where the dancers got bottomless after the NY LiquorAuthority decided tht liquour and nudity did not go together. The girls were all in costumes -- ioncluding the bartender. They were "inventive" with their one-night garments . It was fun to watch them take off their duds and remain in character. Never got a chance ot go back in subsequent years before we left the Island.

Bakesonwilly: Obviously you are not a sailer. The "beam" of a ship is the distance from the port side (left facing forward) to the starboard side (the right side facing forward). When a woman is broad beamed she has a wide ass. Not necessarily a round ass, just a lot of distance from her left hip to her right hip. In this case it was so wide as to be unattractive. She had trouble sitting in an arm chair.

Papi: There was a full range of Black dancers, from ligt complexion to rather ebony. The women varied in age from 19 or 20 to over 40. <ost were attractive, althiugh I remember ine heavy st dancer on stage who did not hav a pretty face and had trouble dancing in the small stage. What impressed me most was that most of the dncers on stage had good rapport with th audience oth male and female. I failed to mention that one woman at the lower bar in a very attractive one-piece jumpsuit asked me to buy her a drink. I wasn't sure if she was trying to line up a "date"for lower in the evening or just looking for someone to pay her bar tgab. When I refused or ignored her request, another dude came along and started playing up to her.the asses were enhanced it was not overly noticeable. I never ssaw them leave before midnight. All the dancers were Woc but some of the patrons were middle aged white men. All the y0ounger men (20s) were brothers. Most of the women had natural busts, and if Theirs asses were enhanced it was not noticeable. Sorry for the delay -- i had trouble getting back onTUSCL this summer.

When the bars firstopened up in Philly they had to served food in order to be classified as a "restaruant". Now they can simply be a bar. No food along with your drink required.

Saw a mature AA woman at Vic's in New Jersey dancing around the bar with a jewel studded butt plug about a year ago. she encouraged you to twist it around but was uncomfortable if you tried to pull it out more than a half-inch. Then she doubled her price per dance so that you would appreciate the "extra service". It was fun but I have never seen her again.

Nice to hear about the plan for re-opening. I have been watching for some notification because I did not want to drive 30 miles only to be disappointed. Was in Baltimore last week and not much happening on "The Block" all though the Gold Cluyb was open with a few cars on late Saturday afternoon.

I was in St. Louis two years ago for a convention and drove across the river several times for entertainment. Went on Monday night the first time for a place in Brooklyn that advertised a talent show at midnight. This week it never happened, or if it did it was staged after 1:30 am. The next night I went to Washington Park. You are right, some of the places are dumps, but others near the Interstate are quite fashionable and well-kept. You get higher mileage at the stages and in the VIPs at the places that are deeper in town. The one place right near the Interstate exit was a waste of time.
there was a place near thee north end of town (actually two places across the street from each other). There are two places out on the end side of town about a half-mile north of the Interstate that were "interesting". I think one is "Blondie's" on the north side of the street. Not much happening when you first walk in but there was entertainment in the rear. The other fwas farther down the street right at the edge of town on the right. regular rotation of dancers on stage, with small VIP booths along the left wall. I saw some good dancers on stage and took one 30 year old into a booth for a satisfying lap dance. Topless, bottomless, and very hands on. What disappointed me was that none of them were the equal of the ghetto places in West Philadelphia or Prince Georges County Maryland. There you can get full contact lap dances for $5 to $8 if you play your cards right.

Not a club ad. Really happened a couple of weeks ago. I misspelled a word: should have been 5 girls sitting around the far end of the bar, not five "circles".
